I've been a frequent flier here since opening; the store has had its ups and downs, but lately it is firing on all cylinders. My food is fresh and yummy and my drinks are made right and everything is ready by the time I make it to the store after placing my app order. Cam is always such a pleasure to see in the morning, he's the best!

I go to Dunkin a lot, I wait all year for their cookie butter cold brew. I live in a different city and get this coffee daily. This is what I got this morning…..that’s not even full and there’s 2” of foam. I paid for a large and the cup doesn’t even have a medium coffee amount in it or the cookie butter crumbles. I’ve called back four times and it seems the phone is off the hook. ***you can see the Zaxby’s in the background, we’re not even out of the parking lot when I took the picture.

They only had one worker when I got there and she had so many cars in the drive tru . She was doing her best. They need help. Another worker came in after being there for 20 or more minutes and took care of me both did a great job. I felt so bad for the young lady.

The service is always wonky for one reason or another and takes too long usually. The coffee is "meh" at best. After my last visit I moved my business across the street to 7 Brew and the difference in service and product quality was stunning, I'll never go back

I once loved this Dunkin and had the same guy at the window every morning. I went this past week and the staff was new yet again except for a manager and she doesn't really have the best attitude to find out the guy who was usually at the window was no longer there. That guy, a younger blonde headed girl, and the other blonde headed guy who is also no longer there were the only ones who ever got my coffee right. The staff they have now never gets it right. I'll be looking for a new coffee stop on my morning commute.

This is probably the worst location in the area, which is crazy considering it was the go to earlier this year. I’m not sure what changed, but none of the staff look familiar. Maybe I’m just unlucky and getting new people when I go now. Regardless, that shouldn’t mean that every order is wrong and I get treated like I’m inconveniencing them by showing up during business hours. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say they must be competing for worst location. No worries guys, you’ll get first for sure. I’ll start fighting through traffic in Trussville instead of continuing my business here.

I just want to say…I’ve been going to this location for 8 months now since I’ve been in moody and customer service has never been an issue .. what happened is I had issues before of getting hot bagel minis and bacon. But it wasn’t every visit it very so often in the mornings. And I reached out about it and the GM Trina of this location is so pleasant and sweet. She made sure I was taken care of and I just want to say they don’t make a lot of people like that any more … where you can tell she’s genuine about making sure it was made right and not just trying to people please. Thank you Trina and your staff ❤️❤️
