Warning. I will never return to Dungey's Furniture and Floors. Too many complaints at the Better Business Bureau and at the Attorney Generals office as they don't stand behind their products. The stuff on the showroom looks fine, but they have delivered furniture that was broken, finish is coming off the table after a couple months, slats on chairs are cracked, wood has splintered off the chairs and I have had to put tape on it so someone does not catch their clothes on this.

Bobby was great with my purchase of a new recliner and even told me about some other great deals in the store while I was there to save me some money. I love the option for delivery. Very professional and helpful staff and a big supporter of New Hampton!

Went into the store to buy flooring and bought a new dining set, Service was terrific. Still haven't decided on the flooring but my dining room looks great. Have bought many items over the years and the service is always professional.

My boyfriend decided on a NEW set of furniture at Dungey's Furniture and Floors in New Hampton IA, but then were told that this unit was "just sold to someone else." So they then sold us on another NEW more expensive set saying they could deliver next day. After waiting a week they finally delivered a different set that was also damaged, claiming we agreed to a floor model of a completely DIFFERENT set.

The sales woman was friendly and not pushy. She helped my wife and I as soon as we had found a living room set we liked. We expressed out interest in finding carpet to go into our home and she helped us greatly with the different choice's. She even showed us a roll they had in stock and was priced to sell. We have made the arrangements to have the carpet installed and the furniture delivered at a convenient date and time. I would recommend this store to friends.

Dungey’s had exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. In fact, they gave me the benefit of the pricing on a flyer that won’t go out for several days. The product was in stock and will be delivered in less than a week. Wonderful local business to support.
