Great service and exceptional customer satisfaction culture. There were complications with the initial installation of our gas insert. The technician worked past 9:00 PM to get the unit functioning before he left.

We were not completely satisfied with the performance of our unit. The Dubuque Fireplace and Patio team identified a modification option and worked to quickly obtain and install the required components. They also worked with us to minimize the cost of the upgrade.

At the end of the day, we are very happy with the performance of our insert and highly recommend the Dubuque Fireplace and Patio team. Thanks for your efforts.

Stopped in store to check out their beautiful fireplaces. Talked to the person at the counter, didn't care that I was there at all took 2 phone calls before moping over to Me. I said I wanted to buy an insert. He said "leave your name and number and we will get back to you to set up an appointment". So I did. I call balk one week later and he says very Rudely you didn't set up an appointment. Why did I give you my name and number to not set up an appointment. He also told me when I stopped in that the lady who schedules appointments is busy. He was very rude today on the phone.

We were looking for some answers regarding building codes with a fireplace in a home we recently purchased and finally just called Dubuque Fireplace & Patio to see if they'd have any answers. We purchased a Lopi Freedom wood stove insert after getting quotes on several different models. The installers arrived promptly and inspected the fireplace. After installing a new stainless steel liner, they installed the wood stove insert. It took about half as long as I expected. They went over how to operate it and included a free moisture tester which I hadn't expected. I've already recommended them to several neighbors.

We had an existing wood burning fireplace. And Dubuque Fireplace & Patio did a fine job locating the largest insert that could fit and have a wall switch. It wasn't even a vendor they normally used but it all came together. They installed it and left no dust whatsoever behind. They did it on time. And they were quick to answer questions of mine.
