We purchased a Maytag dishwasher this month and had a very positive buying experience. When I walked into the store, Iziah offered assistance in reviewing the brands and options. No hard sell. Prices are competitive with the big box stores. Direct Appliance services what they sell, which is a big plus. We didn’t hesitate to buy their reasonably priced 5 year extended warranty. Caleb did an excellent job in installing the dishwasher, arriving on time, cordially answering questions, and demonstrating experienced workmanship. One comment about dishwasher brands… Consumer Reports ranks the American brands well below Bosch; however, Direct Appliance has display models for several brands to compare and the Maytag and Kitchenaid models - both made by Whirlpool - impressed me more than Bosch. So far, I am very happy with our Maytag MDB8959SKW, which is highly ranked by Wirecutter. We’ll see how well it holds up over time.

We have bought multiple sets of appliances over the years from them and this will be the only place we ever buy appliances. I have found their prices compare to or beat the big box stores. The difference comes to customer service where they really know their stuff and can educate you on what you are getting. They also service their appliances for a reasonable price with unbeatable timeframes. They will also deliver and free install most appliances plus they hold them in storage for free until you need them so you can buy the sale and get them delivered when needed. So many extra perks that big box stores don’t offer. Highly recommend to anyone

In the past two weeks, I have purchased a microwave, a stove and refrigerator from Direct appliance. I could not be happier with results. Initially, the salesman was perfect very knowledgeable very friendly not pushing at all. The installers I can’t say enough good things I had three different installers put the items in all were fantastic. It’s been a great experience. I’ve been to big box. I’ll never go back to big box and I would highly recommend if you need appliances go to Direct appliance you won’t be sorry.

I truly cannot thank Jalen and the guys enough for going above and beyond to help my disabled Dad out. Same day delivery is truly unheard of these days, only to find out the puchased fridge was too big and not going to work for his situation, they were amazing and accommodating to swap out sizes the very next day. Absolutely great service, knowledgeable, friendly and awesome prices too! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I had a GE load to deliver here. I called the day prior to my delivery to see about getting offloaded early. I had an appt time of 1000 and they let me show up 15 mins after they opened (0815). This was just to give their delivery drivers time to move their trucks out of the way. It is a snug place for a 53' dry van with a full sleeper. However, it is very doable. Just pull in close to the left side of the building (WATCH THE AWNING AT THE TOP OF THE BUILDING) and wrap around counter clockwise to the left using the entire paved area. Pull out into the street (when clear) and back on into the dock. I was in and out in just under 1 hour. They had 81 assorted appliances. They made quick work of it! Really nice people as well! As a truck driver, I know that that makes a world of difference.
