I love this hidden gem! I try to stop in every time I’m in town. I was greeted nicely and a salesperson started a dressing room for me. I found a cute LBD for less than $25! NWT! You just need to look around and keep coming back to find those little treasures!

I don't recommend spending money here. Every 2-3 years I drop by this store to see they project the same unwelcoming, lackluster vibe. And I'm always surprised that they're still in business. I visited at 12:30 on May 10, 2019. Same experience. No greeting as I enter. No genuine acknowledgement as I shop. It appears they are still selective with the customers they assist. Employees giggled & entertained themselves loudly. Their customer service deserves an F. I quickly left in disgust. Shop the consignment store in Berry Hill with the red purse instead.

The store is packed to the gills with mostly mall type clothing for senior ladies, and very little actual couture. Not surprising, since they have strange polices, like they want "only newer things" but you have to wait 3 months for an appointment. Ridiculous. By then things are out of fashion. I've been here several times over the years, and it's the same creepy vibe.

I purchased a buy BOGO item and was charged for both items and never even received either one of them !!

After doing some research I discovered it was a scam that is using the Designer Finds name . I have a screenshot of my receipt which has an emblem A Moon on it, I google image searched but didn't find a thing . I also noticed on my bank statement that it says a complete different name and says Hong Kong on it . I am very disappointed and sad about the entire situation .

They're clothing seems overpriced for used items, even though they are name brand. Good music and nice environment otherwise.

If you're under 35, I wouldn't shop here because most of the stuff is kinda old-fashioned/southern. I brought in luxury item to consign but the lady didn't even bother to look at it as it's appt only but they were slow so why turn away a customer.
I did find one $100 jacket that was okay and Nordstorm sells it at $500. But the shoes, bags, jewelry selection was lacking
