Monica at Denver Mattress in Waterloo, IA was very informative regarding mattresses. We purchased a mattress on 1/24/25. She answered all our questions in a friendly manner. She was very knowledgeable about the product. She had an easy going not pushy manner that we appreciated. She gave us private time to talk and let us know she was available if we had any questions. We purchased our last mattress there in 2015 and was very happy with it also. That is one of the reasons we came back to Denver Mattress. It's a business that's been there for years and always has friendly, knowledgeable people.

I had a very good experience today at your store. Monica was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, so she made it easy for me to pick out the right adjustable bed with queen mattress to fit my needs.
She was also very helpful and patient with me as I decided on pillows, mattress protector and sheets.

This is the 2nd mattress that we've bought from Denver Mattress. The first one was about 9 1/2 years old, so it was getting a little squished in spots. Monica was super!! She showed us many mattresses, and we tested quite a few before we made the decision. She also said that the base we had for our previous mattress would work with the new one, so that was good news as well! Plus the 30% off was another great feature! My husband & I stopped in on two different days and looked at a couple mattresses. The first trip we had Matt who did an amazing job describing the beds. We just needed a little more time to decide. When we came back we got to work with Chris, who also was very knowledgeable and took time to walk us thru there two we were stuck on. They weren’t pushy, they didn’t try to sway us one way over the other. They were both amazing to work with!!
