I went to return the dress I had bought because I found a better one somewhere else after the fact. They made me wait for the dress to come in to return it, and after looking at the return receipt, the employee did not return the Garment Bag that I paid an extra $30 for. When I called back, they said the bag is non refundable and that she should have given it to me after processing the return. Nowhere on the receipt or online does it say that the garment bag is non refundable. I also asked for my original receipt back and the employee said they have to keep it, so I made sure to take a photo of it. Again, nowhere online or on the receipt does it say the garment bag is non refundable, so I think they just make stuff up because they do not want to deal with it.

Update: I talked to the corporate customer service line and they said the bag is returnable. So the sales associate just lied right to me, I guess because she forgot to add it to the original refund. So I called back to tell them I know it’s returnable and they said “well you can come pick it up” and I said I don’t want the bag I want my money back. So they said I can come return it when I have time and they will put a note on it my bag and profile that says so. I also asked why i was told it wasn’t refundable, when it IS, and the woman who answered the phone hung up on me. Do not come here if you want good customer service, they are just terrible and rude.

Emma was such a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed her the entire time. She made my day 10 times easier and fun. She has the most out-going, funny personality. She went above and beyond to make me feel special and lovey in my dress. And at the end when I found the one, she made the most heart-felt moment come alive. Absolutely loved this store and the employees were super helpful. We tried many different dresses and several were so hard to choose from. They had very beautiful dresses and very reasonable prices. We will be choosing David's Bridal for our future needs for other occasions! Absolutely love them! Not to mention my daughter looked very stunning in her prom dress!

I scheduled my appointment online for next day. It was easy to do. My personal stylist was LaTonya Mason. She was fabulous! I brought my mother and daughter with me and she was able to style all 3 of us. We had a great time working with her. She was patient and personable. If you can ask for her, you won't be disappointed!

Emma was the absolute sweetest and most personable bridal consultant I’ve ever encountered! She took the time to listen, walk through, and her choices she picked out for our dresses were perfection!!! Highly recommend this bridal shop, but I cannot express how much I recommend Emma even more!!!!

What a WONDERFUL experience! My daughter was so pleased with the entire appointment. Madison was so attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. She listened to Ivy's likes, dislikes, and educated her on different materials, cuts, and colors. We couldn't have asked for a better stylist!
