They now make it impossible to speak to a pharmacist. They are filling something that I don't want, and it will cause a problem with my insurance. The robot answering service says, "We can't help with that. Goodbye." It actually says that! I deleted the prescription from the web and mobile app, and then by voice. 6 months later, it's refilled and billed. I can't talk to a person. Hint: robots don't work. If I wanted a simple thing like "check status" or "get store hours," I would have used the web or something. They may save money on phone reps, but they cost you customers. We all learned that 10 years ago.

I had a great experience when I went to CVS today. The store had a festive feeling. Halloween treats, decor, and other Chritmas items were a beautiful sight. I needed information about my meds. Liz greeted me with a smile and asked if she could help. Indeed, she did in a caring manner, and I got what I needed. On my way out I spotted lots of candy on sale. When I got to the counter, another friendly face smiled and offered her service. I thought I got what I wanted until she told me about the water on sale. What a sale! I had been to 3 different stores today, and none of them even came close to that great sale. I had an injection in my arm yesterday and wasn't supposed to lift heavy items. Christina put them in my cart. That was extra help and exceptional customer service. I appreciate great customer care, and today I got the best from CVS. Thanks CVS!

Customer service is always amazing. Miss Pam always goes above and beyond to help you with any services that you may need. The shelves are stopped and the store is very clean. I highly recommend this CVS.

This is Vivian. One can never speak to a customer service over the phone in Pharmacy. Prescriptions are filled too soon (I have 24 out of 30 pills left). Billed to my insurance 4 business days before the previous refill and price changed from $8.94 to $24.43. WHY? Hope y’all see this Pharmacy. I don’t want to download your APP.

I always get fast friendly service at CVS. And if I can't find it, they help me find it.That's a big thing especially if you're half blind.. And don't forget you can upload to cashapp here.

I understand that people need breaks and that’s fine every employee at any employer needs breaks I get that. But when waiting in line behind a person who got their medication with no issues at well before 1:30 before closing for lunch and you pull up to the window only for whoever that unprofessional girl was to look at you when you get to the window and close the blinds after waiting in line, Whoever she was was very unprofessional and obviously thinks she’s entitled just do what she wants. If it was done to her she wouldn’t have liked that. The pharmacy needs to re evaluate their staff and she needs to find a new profession that doesn’t involve helping people since she doesn’t value her customers time. Don’t work in custom service if you can’t a few minutes to allow a customer to pick up a refill.

Can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Worse service ever. This is why people hate CVS. I don’t recommend this or any other CVS

After calling the fourth CVS today to try to obtain a monthly injection for migraine prevention no CVS within 75 miles has in stock, this CVS sunk the battleship detailing the reason why.

This medication was ordered on January 27th from a different CVS location closer to my home which is 35 minutes away from this location. I'm that desperate meaning l'll drive 70 minutes round trip after one CVS location closer just still can't be bothered to obtain this life-changing medication ordered a week ago.

So after not being able to find this prescription after a week, again near me, I call this location, they advise they've been out of stock have several patients waiting for this medication, the challenge is due to their distribution center for the area and I should call Walgreens, Walmart, or other pharmacies.

My insurance plan makes me use CVS or their mail order provider for medications I take on an ongoing basis hence this being a challenge. Those are my two options.

After getting this response from CVS advising no CVS in the area has this medication due to their distribution (not supply shortages mind you), I have no choice but to call Walgreens which I can get accommodated by my insurance with plenty of hassle. So I call the Walgreens closest to my house three miles away, they have the medication, no challenges or shortages.

CVS, get your house in order. Your systems do not update and show accurate inventory for medications, your pharmacists are so overworked they've lost their soul, you engage in extortion attempts I've seen in reviews for other locations which has also happened to me though the attempt wasn't successful, your teams stocking distribution centers are beyond incompetent, and if I didn't have to use CVS, I'd never step foot in a store again.

I refrain from ordering medication via mail as a prescription sitting in a mailbox in the summer is going to introduce potential problems whether that's degradation of the medication or perhaps increase levels of NDMA which was the reason Zantec was pulled from the market. It not only contained these carcinogens, the levels increased overtime which meant production mishaps weren't the cause of these chemicals being introduced. And if you think our prestigious FDA is looking into every medication, what causes NDMA to be in these medications, you'll sooner learn whether the there is a omnipotent leader overseeing your daily actions to decide whether your granted access to above or below is real. Common sense advises a medication full of chemicals sitting in a hot mailbox for hours in the middle of the summer just isn't the brightest idea. That will be my option going forward. Love yah CVS... About as much as a two week migraine.
