My husband and I were so grateful you were able to deliver a beautiful, basket, flower arrangement for my husband's grandmother who passed away. We were calling last minute from out of state, on a holiday weekend and you all made it happen! Even on a day the shop was closed someone took the time to put our flowers together and made sure they arrived in time for her service and celebration of life! I even received a text message and picture of the flowers! Thank you all so much!

Preordered a week before for flowers to be delivered to wifes work before 12. She had to stay after clocking out to get her flowers & the shop is next door. Charged delivery fee to walk 40 foot.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a plant to be delivered to a funeral home or church for a funeral the following day....just a plant. They didn't have to do anything but put a card on it and deliver it. I found out almost a week later, from the deceased's son, that she had no flowers! I called and they said it was still there...that they weren't sure where to deliver it. I told them the funeral home, I told them the church, I told them my phone number, but nothing! I found the info on the internet...surely they could have! I am so upset!

As an add on to this post, the owner's daughter did make it right. After calling and complaining, they upgraded my plant and delivered it to the family....at no charge. Thank you for trying to make it right.
