I had a very good experience with them regarding my purchase. I had emailed them after I made my order asking for continuous webbing in my order and Holly was kind enough to submit the note for my order. I got my package today and everything is continuous and received everything I had ordered, shipping was pretty fast too. The 1/2inch Heavy duty nylon webbing in Fuchsia was beautiful and a good thickness. My only negative feedback is that the 3/4 blueberry cottage photo quality polyester webbing was a lot thinner than I thought. It’s definitely lanyard quality webbing which doesn’t work on its own for long bag handles. However it being thin helps for my other use for it. I can just sew it onto another webbing so I can use it for long bag handles too. Over all still happy with my order. Thank you

I am always happy to work with the Country Brook team and place orders for my small business. Their supplies are by far the best quality and I have been using them for years. Cindy and Pam did a fantastic job helping me. I made an order and my order was shipped out quickly by the company but then it was held up with the Postal Service. I reached out to the company. Cindy and Pam made sure the Postal Service was contacted and within 24 hours my package was on the move again. Great customer service and great products. I will be making more orders in the future.
