Hate it's going out of business great price due to sale on queen mattress

Bought a king mattress and queen for guest.
Had to load both king and queen. Had to go back in because rails were in box by loading dock. King mattress is fine. The queen isn't what I picked. I only know this because it's so hard, it cant be sat on. We will buy another queen somewhere else.
Lady working tbere is nice, but we paid for mattresses 2 days prior. Both mattresses had to be pulled rather quickly. I do believe that is why we received wrong queen.

I had my eye on a furniture set and a recliner (only one they had) that I wanted but it was going to be 4 days before my husband could come look at it and the lady held it for me. I'm in love with this furniture. And the prices couldn't be beat.

MAR 2016 I bought a new standard king bedroom suit! I was so excited the one of my life! On the day of set up the footboard was damaged and I knew something was wrong with the rails that an 8 inch gap between the bed and footboard was too much (California king rails). After a month or so they agreed and I received the correct ones. There was also a problem with one of the night stands the top drawer would not shut completely, probably because it was the floor model not a new one. So they ordered me a new footboard and night stand and after ONE YEAR & FIVE MONTHS I went and picked them up, after taking the bed apart and loading the old ones up and delivering them back to the store. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the $20 he put in the truck and said that was for gas and my trouble. I love my bedroom suit but 1 year and 5 months to get the problems resolved is ridiculous! God bless.
