I’m pretty sure I was sold a floor sample mattress as a new one. The first time I looked at mattresses I was told they were made to order. I went back a few days later with my husband and picked out one. They weren’t in stock so they ordered it. My husband was home for the delivery. The mattress was not in plastic but the box springs was. He asked why it didn’t have plastic. He was told they took it off to inspect it. When the delivery guys left my husband found a tag on the mattress that said floor samples and it was manufactured in 2022. I went to the store and talked to the owner and manager. The owner assured me the new mattresses have floor sample tags sometime. Really? And he said removing the plastic helped save space on the delivery truck. How much space does that take? I was told it has a 10 year warranty. When I told them I didn’t receive any warranty information the manager told me I didn’t need it because they have a record of it. I also did not see the floor sample that I had looked at. I asked where it was. I got no answer. Expensive lesson learned. Seems like a shady company.
EDIT:
After leaving a review on the better business bureau site the company ordered and delivered a new mattress in factory plastic with a manufacture date of April 2024.

The sales lady was very sweet. She did her best to get the payments down, so my mother in law was able to buy the recliner she needed. Would gv 5 stars to this place.

Spent Thousands on New La-z-boy just for it to break in multiple spots and they won’t warranty it less than two years later without spending another $300. This stuff just is not made well anymore. Both of the recliners on the couch broke and the back of the seat on one side in less than two years. Just Junk!!!

Buyer Beware is all I can say!!!!! They have a limited stock so anything you order they put down as a special order. If it is a special order (anything you buy is special order if its not in stock) then you cannot cancel, cannot get a refund (even if there is a factory defect) you only get store credit and you only have three days to do it!! I ordered a Lazy-Boy love seat in January and they said it would arrive in August. With COVID everything is taking longer so we agreed to go ahead and purchase. Now they tell me it will be October (maybe). They took my money immediately so they have had my $2,000 for six months now and I have NOTHING!!! And I will not have anything until at least October 2021 (if I am lucky to get it then). Seems like a big scam going on here. I have ordered products from other places and they do not take the money until the merchandise is shipped. So another words, they are making interest off of my money for almost a year. Doesn't even seem legal to me. What if it takes two years to get my love seat? In fine print on the bottom of the paper I signed, it says no cancellation, exchange or refund from date of purchase. They are not responsible for any delays.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I would shop ANY PLACE besides here!

I ordered a recliner from Karen who explained they did not have the color fabric I wanted in stock. Since the factory would be closed for Christmas, my chair would take a little longer to arrive. Karen (no relation) has been very helpful in letting me know the status of my chair. They have so many choices, and new features on their recliners now. Great service and knowledgeable customer service and support.

They are awesome to work with. Ordered a recliner for my husband and after we received it it broke. They sent a man to fix it and he did very well. But it broke again and they offered my money back or another type of chair. So we ordered what he his old chair was and maybe it will be fine.
If you need furniture go see them. They are super.

Was told 6 weeks on delivery. 10 weeks later still no delivery and don't know when it will be. Was told it shipped from Tennessee 2 weeks ago and still hasn't arrived. Won't give and refund and not willing to admit that it shouldn't take over 2 weeks coming from Tennessee.

My wife and I purchased two recliners on Saturday and had them delivered by Tuesday. We had a great experience and will definitely return in the future.
