I was told that a shoe was able to be picked up in store and I paid & was waiting on time to pick up only to find out the next day the shoe is not available & my order. I was then sent to another store to pick up the shoe but the pick up time kept changing. So I went to the store ( because no store would answer the phone) only to find out that store didn't have it either. The day before I needed the shoes.

I wanted to return an item that I purchased on May 10,2024 because it was too small. The cashier attitude was rude. I was told that they only did exchanges or store credits. Very annoyed by that as I do not shop there at all. This was truly a one time last minute purchase. I will never shop at this store again.

Absolutely horrible!!! The atmosphere in this location was very disrespectful, not professional AT ALL. The music was blasting harsh cuss words… I’m mean so much to to point that I had to take my 4yr old daughter and myself back out the door. Even the employees were dropping F words like it didn’t matter who was there. They were very disrespectful and unprofessional. It’s a sad case when you think everyone is ok shopping in that environment. They need to do better. It’s obvious that they have poor management that is not catered to the general public but to their peers… sad case. And we wonder why the mall is going down, especially when businesses condone that type of ignorance.

Awful!!! I won a raffle online and the funds were instantly drafted from my account on 11/16/23 and my shoes have yet to arrive. I’ve reached out to FedEx and Hibbett’s and still no solution.
