Great customer service, but I do wish they offered a refund rather than just store credit for a return. Fast, local, same day shipping. Really slow to ship, though, if order is placed after their same day time cutoff. The products are great quality, with the softest fabrics.

I love love love this brand! I've had almost 10 orders so far and love them all! The tig sweaters are my favorite (I have both cheetah and leopard print) and I love that they're oversized, SO SOFT, and not a chunky sweater. I've found everything to be true to size. I ordered many things as Christmas gifts and they were loved! I also love that I can get a coupon code every time I shop, can't recommend enough! Also their shipping is INSANELY fast. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this brand because its exactly my style!

I like their clothes and their prices are reasonable. Their customer service and shipping is terrible. I’ve ordered from them several times. I’m local so it always says I will get same day local shipping. I have never received my order in less than 2 weeks. I’ve asked about it before and they’ve told me that they are waiting for inventory to be in stock. Im pretty sure they sell inventory they are expecting, but haven’t received themselves yet. If it’s not in stock don’t sell it. If it’s back ordered let your customers know. It’s been well over a week and my order still says “order placed” with no other updates. Super frustrating. Also, their color swatches and images aren’t very accurate. My clothes aren’t usually the shade I’m expecting.

Clothes are cute, and prices are comparable. What really gets me though is the shipping. Once it left the shop it was pretty fast, but it took 12 days for my order to be processed and actually leave the shop. That’s very slow. And to not offer free shipping with orders…many places offer free and fast shipping. The clothing prices aren’t good enough to justify waiting two weeks to receive an order. Lots of competition out there that will ship fast and free.
