My daughter found her prom dress here the other day. The ladies there were very friendly and helpful! Reasonably priced as well.

If I could give them a 0 I would. So rude and unprofessional literally made a ”fat” joke to a family member of mine while getting their tux fitted. The people that work there are so snooty when I was asking questions about the fabric.
On that note as I was there I noticed how cheap their materials and fabric are for an obvious over pricing.
Do not recommend whatsoever

Absolutely LOVE this place. They are the sweetest people and have such a wonderful selection of clothing and gifts for all occasions! I would recommend to everyone! Hands down the only place I will shop to get dresses and gifts!

If I could rate 0 out of 5, I CERTAINLY would. Service was absolutely terrible. My first experience was with Carol herself and it was prom dress shopping. She wasn't nice at all until she realized I might buy a dress that day. She proceeding to ignore my wants in a dress, insulted me while I was in another, and said that "You should never look for something modest in this day and age. Grow up and be ok with showing skin." An experience my friend had while shopping their was Carol telling her (while she was trying on wedding dresses for her big day) that the dress would only look good if she was skinny. She is pushy, she jacks up the prices, and there is an obvious lack of service if she doesn't find interest in you. 0/10 would NEVER recommend.

The ladies were very nice. I needed measure.e t for my wedding dress and they happily obliged for a $5 fee. The shop, honestly, smells a little stale, but they make up for it with a wide variety of inexpensive dresses.

Wish I could give no starts to this place. Made fat jokes and rude comments the whole time towards my nephew while he was getting fitted. And it was the owner and his wife! Absolutely an uncomfortable and horrible experience.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! I have purchased 3 dresses for proms for my daughters here and went back to get one for this year. Carol is extremely pushy and told my daughter to get a dress with a slit in it up to almost her vagina. I told her we like modest dresses and she berated us in front of a store full of people. They are pushy about their old lady costume jewelry as well. These dresses are years old and very overpriced. She covers up the manufacturer item number and puts her own number over it so you cant see the year made or original price. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Can Not express the level of displeasure I had shopping at this store. The customer service is hardly service, the owner of this boutique is persistent in a rude way, and the prices are outrages. It can turn the best of days into a nightmare, my best friend, looking for the perfect dress for her perfect day, left the store crying. Even if I were to find a wonderful dress there, I would not feel comfortable supporting this store by buying it.
