Do not do business with these people! This is a long review but trust me…Read it all the way through. I spent $12,000 on brand new cabinets from them and almost every single one of them has scratches or dents on them. The installer didn’t hire any help and so he pulled all the cabinets across a plastic table which resulted in scratched cabinets. Not only that, he just laid the kick plates up against the cabinets and didn’t install them. My boyfriend discovered this when he went to sweep and they just fell over. There are gaps where there should be fillers and he didn’t install them at all. I have tried to call cabinets to go to have this problem resolved and they just keep passing the buck on to other people. They keep telling me the problem is being ‘escalated’. They want to send the same installer out to fix what he did/ did not to. Why would you send out the same person to do work that he has already messed up? I will never do business with them again. They are nice to you until they get your money and then they just give you the run around if you have any problems. I have over 20 pictures of the damage but I was only able to upload 10 of them. If you want to see the damaged cabinets look at the photo library. Mine are the blue cabinets that are very scratched up. I did not pay a scratch and dent price. But that’s exactly what I got. Go somewhere else! You get what you pay for!!

Updated on 1/25/25: Kayla in the Huntsville store has been so nice and patient through the process of getting my cabinets fixed. She had Felix Alias and Anthony Alias (brothers) come out and do an assessment of what needed to be fixed and they came out today with the new cabinet faces, trim, crown molding and kick plates to install. They did a fantastic job. They took their time and made sure it was done not just the way I wanted it, but with craftsmanship. I have added photos of the new and improved cabinets and I am more than pleased. Thank you Kayla, Felix, and Anthony!! You did a great job!!

The photos that show close ups of the faces are just a couple of the new ones they installed. No scratches!! You can no longer see the nail holes and badly cut molding on the top, and the pantry top was trimmed out very nicely. If you go with cabinets to go…ask for Felix and Anthony with Installed Right for your install!!

We had such a fine experience dealing with our local Cabinets To Go company. Kayla was very friendly and knowledgeable, gathering our kitchen remodeling needs, setting up our appointment for the new cabinets, and follow up as needed. Charles and Caleb also were friendly, thorough, thoughtful, and careful in measuring, answering our questions, and installing the kitchen cabinets. They kept any mess to a minimum and cleaned up before they left. Recommend Huntsville's Cabinets To Go and would definitely contact and use them again. Thank you so much for putting our minds at ease!

Our salesperson was Tanya. She helped us pick out the best cabinets for our taste and budget. The cabinets are reasonably priced with an array of colors to choose from. Over all a great experience!

We are so happy with our experience with Cabinets to Go. Our home flooded and we have been so stressed having to get everything fixed. From the very beginning they were incredibly helpful and took the time to give us multiple estimates so we could be sure to really get what we wanted but still within a reasonable price. It was a very easy process, way easier than I expected. We also paid for installation and absolutely loved the guys that installed them. They were very kind, respectful and did amazing work. They made adjustments as we saw them and they fixed it happily. We will definitely be using Cabinets to Go when we update our upper cabinets.

Have used cabinets to go product on a few customer projects I have done as well as my brother in laws cabin. Very well made and customer service has always been top notch. Recommend this store and the stock cabinets to everyone.

Under no circumstances would I recommend them. We purchased countertops through them, which were contracted out. The first one had to be replaced due to severe damage during transit, yet they installed anyway (we hadn’t moved in, house was empty/unoccupied. They eventually replaced it, with yet ANOTHER damaged countertop. Even though it is marketed as “basically indestructible “, before we ever used it the scratches were beyond severe.
RUN from them, don’t walk, as they do not honor their word, nor warranty at all.
The manager, Kayla Peck is who we delt with over and over. End result, we were told cabinets to go cover the scratches all over the countertop, but never ever happened. The issue was constantly pawned off.

Molly, I contacted you over a week ago and have heard nothing since.

It took over TWO months to get any reply via email or for someone to return the call.
It took an additional TWO months to get any type of response.

Christy, “customer service supervisor”, and Kyle, “customer care specialist level 2”, have specifically said the product we purchased and paid for through cabinets to go, will not be replaced or even repaired. Again, this countertop was sold as “indestructible”, and due to being an outsourced product, they will not back the claims. Stay away and go with a reputable LOCAL business who is not a deceptive financial driven company who will not back the products they sell.

Kyle apparently refuses to provide the name or contact information to further address the claim.

High-quality product (no particle board, plywood boxes, hardwood fronts, dovetail joints on drawers), very helpful local staff. Great way to buy cabinets, especially if you don't have time to wait for manufacturing. You can also save considerable money by electing to assemble yourself (they are shipped unassembled in flat boxes). My only complaint is that local staff have inadequate authority to resolve problems (we had an installation charge issue relating to work that wasn't done) and higher up, corporate staff are inflexible. Our problem was never resolved to our satisfaction, and the company, quite honestly, didn't seem to care.
