We had an awesome experience using BoxDrop Decatur location. We were looking for a reclining couch and love seat and their business came up on our sponsored facebook ads. I reached out and they were super responsive and sent photos to rive me an idea of what they had in stock. My husband and I met them at the store at a convienent time for us and immediately were met with friendly and helpful staff. They have AMAZING prices and we were able to make a purchase without feeling any pressure (like you do at most furniture stores) and they delivered and set up the following day!! We love it and would highly recommend!

I really liked this store and the owners and the furniture! Their prices were on the low to moderate side with no hidden fees and no hidden junk. They simply gave me a price for the couch and asked me whether or not I wanted to pick it up or have it delivered. Then it came earlier than on time and they brought it in and set it up and it’s such high-quality. I’m extremely happy. If I need anything else, I will be returning to this store. If I can, I will add photos later.

We visited this store for a king size mattress and ended up with a bed and a new chair, which we love. The mattress is made in America, which is a bonus for us. Our experience at the store was top notch with no pressure to buy at all. Delivery was right on time and professional. We will visit them again in the future . Tim, the owner of dropbox What a great guy he is. I walked into his store and told him what I needed and why. He showed me all the couches that he had in my mother-in-law's price range. I went in the other day, told them when I was looking for, the comfort level and the price range. I laid on a few mattresses and found the perfect one.
They are a Family-oriented business with great customer service. They delivered as promised.
I am very happy with my purchase.
