I had a wonderful experience. It is very easy, not overwhelming, and overall, just laid back. I did purchase a sectional, rug, and credenza. Easy financing options. I would definitely shop here again. The only thing I would say is don't have your sales associates creepily follow your guests around. Be available by not don't follow them all of the store.

I'm so happy I stopped in! Alex met me shortly after coming into the store. He had on a smile and a warm welcome, which was great on a snowy day! He offered a brief explanation of the pricing as well as asked if I wanted pointed in the right direction. I told him I'd look around and he said to let him know if I have any questions! I browsed the whole store and came across the manager, which also provided a smile and a warm welcome! She offered financing options advice and friendly conversation! Alex was available as I approached him with interest in financing. It was a quick and easy process!!! New furniture is on the way! Yay!!! Thank you for the best experience furniture shopping thus far! I will send others your way and definitely be a returning customer!

updated now 2 years old. The couch creaks and pops, the finish is coming off the coffee table and the dining room chairs are bubbling & delaminating. Their "goof proof" warranty they sold us on declines everything. Money wasted!

In response to Bob's reply on here, The furniture issues are manufacturing defects, but when messaging with Bob's support, the said that the 1 year warranty was over but hinted towards filing a goof proof claim. It wasn't until reading the goof proof warranty that we realized the sales person wasn't being completely honest with what they were selling us. They said "no matter what happens, you're covered".

In the end, your warranty company isn't as described by in store sales. And the finishes seem to be rubbing off as if they are printed onto the table and delaminating of the chairs is from veneer being improperly being adhered. The fact that I'm looking at having to replace the furniture after 2 years with no support or accountability from Bob's is ridiculous.

We just moved into town and had an entire house to furnish. When asking around about furniture stores, one person suggested Bob's.

Entering the store is pretty much like any furniture store, a sales person will come greet you and start asking what you are looking for. That's where typical stops. They tried to find out and guide us to what we described, but our sales person knew when to step back and let us look and talk freely amongst ourselves. He gave us space, but was not looking for another customer, he was just giving us space. He was quickly back to answer questions and give us space again. We ended up buying our entire house worth of furniture there.

As with everything now, some items were in stock and some backordered. All items showed up when they said they would. The delivery and assembly guys were great! We were happy with everything except a sectional couch. It had a couple flaws. It was exchanged with no fuss. Time after time it kept showing up with minor issues. We came into the store and the manager came over. We had decided we would ask for a different couch. The store manager found us something we liked, asked for a few minutes and stepped away. When she came back, she told us they discounted the new couch/love seat set and she said that wasn't enough in her eyes, so she credited our card for some extra. In the end, it's not that we had a problem, it's how we were treated and how they solved the problem. They truly wanted to make sure we were satisfied! I wish I could remember the names of the sales person, assistant manager and store manager. They absolutely put their best foot forward! When we finish our basement, they know we will be back.

I had bought a couch from them and have had no problem luckily, so I had my parents go to them and they bought a couch and 2 chairs a few weeks after delivery the power cord went bad and now a month later still no card and it's miserable to get ahold of anyone that knows anything!! I can't recommend these guys to anyone! Stay away because if you need anything fixed they don't care!

We had been on a mattress hunt for a few weeks now. We kinda gave up because prices were too high for any sort of good quality. We randomly drove past Bobs and decided to stop in. We were immediately greeted by Jacob, who informed us how to read the price tags and let us know we would search around and if we needed any bring to let him know. He checked on us a few times but was very respectful and let us browse. He gave us all the info we needed and asked for. We ended up buying a mattress that day and are so excited to get it next weekend. We were so pleased with our purchase and with the customer service we received. Thanks Jacob, and the team at Bob’s. Charlie was great, highly recommend him! Manager Christi was great too. Charlie Answered all questions more than once lol. I just came in to look, wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. But I found a beautiful bedroom set and can't wait to get it!

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
My husband is having surgery, so we were shopping for a recliner.
Found one, and with delivery and protection plan, it was better than anywhere else we checked. We will definitely be back when we need furniture in the future
