I purchased a loveseat console, mattress/boxsprings/frame, chest of drawers, nightstand, and buffet from them in February of 2025. They will deliver the furniture this Thursday, the 20th. Mark has been wonderful to work with and Michelle was a doll to work with concerning a special order. They have also worked with me on delivery times. As for help after the sale, let's hope I don't need them. If so, I will update my post on the experience.

This is a wonderful place to get furniture. We have bought 2 lamps and our couch from them. And we are looking to get a new bed also. The staff are so friendly. If you need new furniture, go by and see them.

Great service until you buy something. If it's defective, or something needs to be fixed, you'll have to wait forever to get it done. I bought from them in February and still waiting to get my couch fixed. Guess the next call will be from my attorney. TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM HERE!!!

If you can, look elsewhere for any furniture needs. Hands down horrible experience. Always an excuse, always say they will, "Ask JD", the delivery driver(eyeroll), and get back with you, never do. Bought 2 floor model recliners, within 6 months, issues. We heard every excuse you could imagine, and I have talked to Tower Loan, who they finance through, they say they have heard horrible things about Boaz Discount furniture. Oh and the dark haired woman, sits to the left when you walk to the back of the store, has a nasty attitude & rude AF, always "busy" on her phone. So, if you are looking to get ripped off and pay way to much for cheaply made furniture, this is right up your ally. If you want better assembled products, friendlier staff, better pricing, look anywhere else, I mean Aaron's or Rent a Center, is better than this place!

We actually liked the selection but the mediocre rating is because they don't return calls. We ordered a bedroom set with and additional(special order) night stand. In all honesty they told us up front it could take up to 1 or 2 months for it to come in. We knew that going in. However, as the time period grew closer we called to see of status. No less than 8-10 times we called. Each time they took our info so they could go check status and they repeatedly stated I will call you right back. Not on a single occasion did they call us back. That is until the last time we called. The gentleman asked for our info so he could check and call us right back. I said no way you guys do not return calls. So we waited and he informed us of the status after he took about 1 minute to check. Not that difficult, even when there are customers in the store. All shoppers have had to wait while a salesman HAD to take a call.
So yhis is my recommendation. If you will need further assistance than on the day of purchase, do not shop here they aren't dependable. Otherwise give them your business if you see it on hand.

Purchased sectional in June of 2021. We have had the worst service imageable. Understand having to order parts but the problems we are having are ridiculous. The sectional that you can switch up, falls apart and you can actually fall through. I’ve called and I get the same thing…. It’s the delivery of parts. It is still covered under warranty but when it takes over a month and a half for parts to come in. I get it. All I want to do is swap it out. Something even if it’s cheaper. They have their money. Very frustrating. Also, read everything you sign. I will NOT be shopping here again ever. I believe there is better out there for cheaper. To pay the amount we paid, and it was not cheap, we have decided we can buy a lot cheaper and swap out every few years. I have never been so dissatisfied in my entire life. SMH 🤦‍♀️
