The beauty department is awesome! Staff if kind, helpful, courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable. They had many great brands. Clean and organized. Would come here again. The store itself, however, was not as good as the girls in the beauty department were.

Do not shop at Bloomingdale’s! As much as I wanted to stay a loyal customer and start shopping here again… I will NEVER again. They false advertised and lied. They destroyed my Christmas by guaranteeing items they did not have. I called to guarantee that the item would be on by Christmas, I then called gain and was told it was being shipped from NY, I then get an email the day before Christmas that my order was cancelled, and I would not get my refund for 5-7 days after christmas and they don’t offer store credit . This was a present ($700) for my mother, who is coming here from Florida and now won’t have a Christmas gift. After 5 hours on the phone today they insult me by offering $50 in loyalist rewards for the inconvienece. I am so over this, better customer service is given at Walmart, literally

the cashier argued with me about the price reduction on the item, once i figured out i was right i called her and she tells me to come back in and no problem for a refund? im over an hour away. totally ridiculus how do you not know what promotions are available to your customers. BAD cust serv . wont be returing, sorry bloomies i will no longer support this location.

This store is one of the few department stores left standing and rightfully so. It has a nice selection of inventory and sizes for men and women. The also have a fabulous jewelry and handbag department. Although the handbags have slipped a bit along with their shoe department. I like the shoe department in King of Prussia better. More selection and the bags are better. They carry some Eileen Fisher and Ralph Lauren along with Theory which always has some great styles. Still have a great cosmetic counter along with a fragrance counter that carry some high end brands.

I love this store and I have for years. I order online and visit their brick and mortar. The staff is friendly and professional. The fact that many of them have been there for years speaks volumes. Love the Chanel counter and the contemporary and

Top notch experience with staff and selection we found a beautiful prom dress here. Dress was too big but staff ordered a smaller one and mailed it to our home. It came packaged with care on a hanger with protective wrapping and a handwritten note from the person who packed the box. Thanks Bloomies 💋
