I am beyond satisfied with the wood stove and the quality.
I also want to inform you about the two technicians who did the installation. I think they said their names were Ryan and Matt. As a tradesman myself, I feel like I can tell the difference in quality craftsmanship. Both technicians presented themselves in a clean and professional manner. They were polite and answered questions I had about the install. Care was taken by laying down drop cloths to ensure that my home wouldn't be damaged during the construction. A pad was laid on the gutter to avoid scratching it with the ladder. I witnessed them using levels and making sure the vent pipe was straight and secure. Both technicians did an outstanding job and deserve credit for being professional craftsmen who take pride in their craft.
I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed the experience working with you all at Birch Heating and Cooling.

We had a water heater that was slowly dying. Due to a future near-term home sale, we didn't want to invest anymore than necessary. Birch service manager was very helpful and service techs were great. In the end, we needed to purchase a new heater. Installation was timely and they were fair on cost, considering past service calls. We have used Birch for years and have always found them great!

Kyle came to our house to fix our boiler on 1/8/25 and got straight to work! he did an amazing job!!! You can just tell he cares so much about his job and his customers and puts you at ease while doing what needs to be done!!! He is friendly and polite and very knowledgeable with his job. This is the second time we have had the pleasure of working with Kyle and we would 110% recommend him to anyone!!! Thank you so much we appreciate you and your hard work Kyle!!! If we need any further assistance with our boiler or air conditioner we definitely will be calling birch heating and cooling!!! Five stars and more!!!

I can’t say enough about how great Sam and the team are here. They helped me create my dream living room with a wood burning stove. There was a lot of details to think through to make this happened and they went out of their way to assist me with the research and make it a reality. They also installed a mini split in my addition and everyone from beginning to install was great.

We've had Birch Heating and Cooling do annual maintenance on our HVAC system since 2019. Today we also had Birch install a humidifier on our furnace. Our service tech Kyle was on time, friendly, and took the time to explain how the humidifier works and what we need to do to maintain it. We have been totally satisfied with the work Birch has done for us and would recommend them for any heating or cooling jobs.
