The staff here is amazing. The quality and pricing is beyond reasonable. You definitely get more for what you pay for. Not a single piece of jewelry has fallen apart, tore, turned, tarnished etc… We appreciate the patience the staff here has. They work with you in creating your dream piece. They pay attention to detail. You are always welcomed here. They don’t offer what you don’t like. They hear you out. Listen and get you what you want. This is huge.

Plenty of times at other stores, the sales person doesn’t listen to what you like and want. They recommend what, they, like and want. Ruins the entire experience.

I am so glad that is not the case for this location. My family and I have since moved to Illinois. I will tell you. We will be making the drive to come out here for our jewelry needs. So worth it. You have such a great team here. Thank you.

Bill's Jewelry in Grinnell came through once again for me. My Grandparents Millie & Elwin Husted's ( Original founders of Millies Drive In Restaurant) old wall clock with chimes has set in my basement for the past 25 years and hasn't ran for quite a lot longer. After discovering that Bill's Jewelry repairs clocks I took it to them. All it needed was a complete disassembly, cleaning and lubrication, nothing was worn out and their labor charge was very reasonable. To no surprise I'm once again a very satisfied customer.

Staff calls police on people who look poor and make false statements to police to try and get them ILLEGALLY ARRESTED JUST BECAUSE YOU LOOK POOR. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE (which one of them likes to pull the “im a victim” card over tremors, your tremors are probably from being a drunk as your attitude is the same as a drunks.) HORRIBLE UNAMERICAN BUSINESS.

Amateurs. New business owner is unprofessional, unpleasant and staff know NOTHING about jewelry. Estate jewelry is filthy so you miss all the flaws. I miss Bill.
