I was really impressed with Jackie. For a few weeks without even going into the store, we communicated on the phone as she researched prices for me and wait times on the hickory flooring I wanted. I ended up buying the Somerset 4" hickory and had to wait exactly 10 days, which is what she told me it would be. On the day it came in, she literally went out there with my husband and I in the sweltering heat and loaded about 4,500 lbs. of flooring onto a trailer. I will definitely be back for all of my home improvement needs!!

After visiting many business throughout Madison County we selected to go with Big Cove Decorating for our home remodel because of their personal attention to our desired outcome. BCD did not disappoint! We had all the floors throughout our home replaced, tile replaced around the fireplace, plus a master bathroom and kitchen remodel. Katie redesigned our kitchen cabinets and made recommendations on paint color to compliment our home. She also made sure the selections we made in our home were complimentary and an easy flow with colors. Both Katie and Jackie exceeded our expectations for our home remodel. Everyone that came into our home were professional and the quality of work was top notch! We highly recommend Big Cove Decorating for your home renovation and design needs.

This place should not be in business. Please note pictures. After a very substantial amount of money plus nothing in their store, me running everywhere to look at samples this is what I ended up with. Damaged cabinet was not replaced, no glass in my upper cabinets, none of the drawers close
. Tile work ok. Crown molding fell off.
Yep that is right!
I could have contracted this better myself. Not sure where
Jackie found her so called coordinator but this is a joke.

Terrible customer service - from the very beginning, which should have been a sign. I had to call several times to receive an estimated quote. Grout was not even asked about until the day of demo, which I was unable to even view in the store. Follow up on when install would actually occur also required me to make several calls, as return phone calls from them did not happen. The tile work turned out nicely (minus the grout), however the "designer" who assisted me throughout the process is why I would not recommend this place.
