I never stay at Best Western hotels; however, this was the only hotel near my event venue. I was skeptical but a local resident assured me she never had any issues. She said just check the room first. I guess I didn’t check it thoroughly enough. The room looked better than expected. It appeared clean, the linens were clean and so was the bathroom.

I was only disappointed when I tried to turn on the air conditioner before bed and discovered it didn’t work. The next morning I opened the window to discover stink bugs in the window sill. My daughter found one on her bed early that morning, but I had no idea there was more.

When I reported the issues to the receptionist the next morning, she apologized and offered a 10% discount. Unfortunately, due to location I may have to stay here again, but I will definitely check the room thoroughly first.

We rented the presidential suite. Well this room smelled horrible I could get past that. There was black soot all over the walls around air vents. The carpets were not vacuumed and the room was not very clean. Chairs and couches had stains on them. When i went to the desk to report the stains and holes in the furniture. She asked me to go look at the other Suite they had.. That was just as bad and falling apart. I was told when the manager comes in she would send her up. The manager never showed up. I had to go to the desk in the morning due to the AC not working. She had me go check some other rooms. The first room was better but when i turned the shower on the head exploded apart I was soaked from this. Upon going to the desk they just said they would find us one. They found one. I had to go to the desk yet again the Whirlpool tub in this one leaked all over the floor when trying to use it.. We were told that the hotel is 20 years old and that is just the way they are. If you flush the toilets the sink or bath does not drain. The desk tried to charge us more than the online rate for for the second night and took only $10 off for the first night no ac and the inconvenience. The staff was friendly when talking to them. They just state the owners will not fix it. I have been to many Best Westerns and never experienced that the 4 different rooms in two days had so many issues. I am a Diamond Select Member so I stay often. But I will not stay in this one ever again. I will drive the 30 minutes to stay at the one in Muscle Shoals. I do not believe this hotel should be a Best Western Brand it is definitely not up to par.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Outdoor pool, so not available year round. Back-in trailer spots in the lot. Several restaurants within walking distance. Happy with my choice of stay overnight.

Better than expected. Rooms/Hotel is a bit dated, BUT it was clean and comfortable. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I do not usually eat hotel breakfast but ate her 3/8 mornings, offerings were hot, fresh and delicious.
