I was amazed with the selection of fabrics and how friendly everyone was! I drove past this gem many times and never realized it was there.
I am updating this post 1/21/25..... unfortunately they went out of business.

I am very frustrated over this company's lack of communication. I have emailed and phoned several times in an attempt to place a custom order. I do not get a return call or email - and the woman I spoke to on the phone yesterday was downright hostile and made no attempt to solve my issue. Clearly, they are not interested in my business!

I just read your response and my heart sank. I did not "threaten" the woman I spoke to with a bad Google review. This is simply untrue. After several emails that went unanswered regarding custom pillows, I called your business and told the woman who answered the phone that I would appreciate a call or email with a simple response - can your company make four pillows for me - or are you too slammed with new business? I told her if you all were too busy, no worries. Just please communicate. I was taken aback that she did not try to solve my issue, and quite frankly, in my honest opinion, was a little hostile. A simple, "we are very busy but will get back to you as soon as we can" would have satisfied me. But instead, you, Dann, sent me two very personal and emotional emails. I'm truly sorry that you chose this route.

Oh, my goodness. I haven't even been to their store yet and I want to go so badly! My mother recently found their warehouse while lost searching for a place to move. Her and I both love collecting fabric and anything related to sewing and crafts of the like. She sent me pictures of isles and isles of fabric. Colors and patterns on sattin that I've never seen before. And at prices I had never immagined were possible with today's economy. It makes my heart giddy with glee to see so much fabric in one place. I have a feeling I'm going to be going to them exclusively for all my sewing and crafting endeavors! Haha.

Dreadful. I ordered some fabric to make masks during this covid pandemic, one of the fabrics I ordered wasn't available, despite the website saying it was when I paid. They email a week after ordering sayong my order is on hold, Not super excited to find out I paid for merchandise they didn't actually have, but whatever, I said swap it for another similarly priced item. Another week goes by and I've not received any shipping info, so I email seeking that info. And I get a response showing it to have shipped an hour or so after I asked about it. Clearly they had forgotten to ship my products, and got it sent AFTER I inquired about it. I then got an email saying it was in transit, blah blah blah. But not once did they offer a partial refund, or any sort of compensation for products i should've already gotten. In addition, they have a name for the physical store, and a different name for the online store, to make it more complicated to leave bad reviews when they provide lousy customer service. Will be avoiding them in the future

Update: rather than accepting responsibility for selling products they didnt actually have in stock. I got an email accusing me of "trying to slam" theyre business
Making excuses for inept business doesn't fly in a free trade world. Will never order with them again, and will be talking to my bank about disputing charges as the order was NOT shipped in the 1 to 2 day time frame promised, nor was correspondence sent regarding them taking my money for producta they did not have. Also, the box arrived today horribly packed, and damaged. Never again.

Update again: after asking this tonya broad twice to stop emailing, she continued. NO ACCOUNTABILITY

Very friendly! However no one at the door when you come in so no one knew we were there for a few minutes until an employee happened to emerge from the warehouse for something else while we were standing there!

I included a note that the pillow I was having made was for the back of my couch, and I wanted it firm, but not overly firm. What I got was something softer than a bed pillow. You sink right into it and there is no support at all.They did not follow directions, and it was a big waste of money. They had assured me they would make it as firm as I want it, and they didnt even come close. They have the same amount of stuffing in the large pillow as they do the small pillows.

Horrible customer service and don't honor credit for flawed material. I've been a customer for many years. I had received flawed material and was told I could receive a credit or choose a different material. Since the flaw was not in an obvious spot and the material matched existing curtains I took the credit. I was NEVER told there was an expiration (30 days) with a credit. When I wanted to use my credit I was told there is NO record of any credit and there is NOTHING they are willing to do in order to make this right!

Company made no effort to resolve instead resorted to name calling.
