My sister purchased a blow dryer from this establishment. With her very first usage, the dryer stopped working. Like, just stopped! My sister went back to the store with her receipt and shared that the blow dryer stopped working. The owner or manager would not return it or even give her a store credit towards another purchase. If she just didn’t like the dryer, that would be understandable… but she brought the non-working dryer in with her receipt of recent purchase (although it was outside of the 7 days). She had the dryer for 3 weeks but had only just used it. She had faith that this establishment did not sell her a faulty blow dryer… unfortunately they did! The worker did nothing, not even apologize. As someone who spends a lot of money in beauty supply stores, when a store does not respect their consumers by providing quality merchandise, it is a slap in the face to the faithful consumers. You know, the ones you make your living on daily!!! So, please, if you are shopping in this establishment, keep in mind that they sell bad merchandise and lack the integrity to make sure their products are of good quality and can last beyond the 7 days.

I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly, but Rhae( or Rhia) is awesome! I was there to get a few items, and the items I had were buy 2 get one free. He told me to go pick out another item since I only had 2 items. I know this may not seem like much, but I appreciate his honesty and customer service! I have been to other places with sales, and I’ve seen associates let customers walk out with getting the items that deserve( I.e. sales/ promotional items). Anyway, he has made my day, and I will definitely be returning in the future!

Don’t go to this beauty and beyond! It’s the one beside tjmaxx! These people are not friendly at all! Every single last one of them have an attitude. Never want to help. Always giving you a nasty look. I’ve been here more than 10 times and I always have the same experience. And tell myself not to come back. But my last time was my last time. If im being honest they don’t even like African American people but they like our money! It’s way over prized anyway. It’s another one about 1/2 mile down. They are always friendly. Been going there for years honestly. This one is just new. They get mad when they have to help they talk about you. They act like they don’t hear you. Just rude as ever. They will never get a penny of my hard earned money again. So do yourself a favor and don’t shop here. Its several over beauty supply stores in the area with way better customer service! Dont give these people your money!

So, I was out on my leisure Saturday outing. As I was leaving T.J.. Maxx, I looked over to my left and spotted a new beauty supply store. We certainly have our share of beauty supply stores all over the city; however, I would be remiss if I did not go take a look. 🤗 As I was walking to the front door, a friendly face was standing there and greeted me with a smile! 🙂 Ladies, this new store is like a warehouse. Every isle has plenty of products and it's all organized.👍 As far as I can tell, this store have all you need in beauty supplies and some new items as well. Stop by and check it out!! ✊🙂 I guarantee you will find everything you need! 👍

It's aight. Definitely a huge space, but about the same selection as other big stores in town. I mean, why waste 1/3 of your space on makeup and product? If you're about hair, stock more hair selections. I'm always struggling though because I'm looking for a 27/613 mix. Staff wasn't pushy... didn't even try to talk to me, so that was a major plus!
