Just purchased my first motorcycle from Beasley today and the customer service is absolutely amazing. They greet you with smiles and have an amazing atmosphere in the store. Very excited to start riding my new bike. Shoutout to Josh Hernandez in the sales team, he hooked me up with the new bike and was a very nice guy. Definitely recommend buying a motorcycle from this place as they have the best prices and good sservice! 🙌🔥

I got to work with Josh to purchase my Kawasaki Mule. Not only was his expertise evident, but he was just the most friendly and down-to-earth guy to work out a deal with. He was thorough both in explaining every step of the purchase process as well as really taking time to go over the machine with us. I can’t recommend him enough! I hope he stays in the business for many years to come so I can have the pleasure of working with him again! He genuinely cares and tries very hard to get you the most for your budget and cares about making sure your needs get met!

I have never felt do disrespected, in my life. There is a sales man by the name of Jose, if I am spelling his name correctly. I was there 12/20/2024 to look at dirt bike 🏍 for my Son for Christmas. We didn't get to get it for the day of Christmas, but I called this morning to see about getting it. But was hassled by the sales man Josh, I asked to speak with Daniel, and in return I put on hold to never with Daniel. Finally on my 4th attempt a lady sent me to Daniel line to speak with him, at this point I felt it was pointless. I've never felt so disrespected. Never again.

Very pleased with the service we received when purchasing a new Kawasaki Mule. They beat a competitors price by a $2k+ and we were in a hurry so they did all paperwork by phone so that we could come in and sign quickly. Nicky was great - there were no hidden fees and price was exactly what she told us. We wanted a windshield and she made sure they had it in stock and we were in and out in 15 minutes!

Came in about two weeks ago to see current inventory, seen the bike I wanted and about 4-5 days later I came back in and purchased a new motorcycle from Beasley's. I spoke with Josh both times that I came in and he was able to answer every question I had and helped me from start to finish, real great guy.

From what I seen there the sales, service, and management work as a great team together making the whole process as smooth as possible. Definitely recommend purchasing from Beasley's.
