While we shop second-hand for most of our clothing, we enjoy purchasing new items from Bauman's because their lines are QUALITY and are anti-fast fashion. My favorite summer dress is a linen dress purchased a couple of years ago from Bauman's, paired with sandals I purchased there last spring. Thank you for giving your customers better alternatives for clothing!

Excellent mens store (and women's) with top quality brands and fabrics, reasonable prices and outstanding service. I've shopped at Brooks Bros in Manhattan and Nordstroms and I'd rather come to this shop in Mount Vernon for the quality and service. These folks truly know the items they carry.

I stopped in on a whim to get some new get up for a job I'm starting. Olivia was so warm and inviting. She took the time to make correct measurements and render opinions regarding sizing. I made the mistake of bringing in 3 rambunctious and ill behaved boys. Olivia was very gracious in showing patience with my boys and even invited them to help bring items to the check out. I couldn't say enough nice things about this store. It will definitely be my go to from here on out.

My husband bought his suit and we had the groomsmen rent their suits from here for our wedding. They were really helpful when we were deciding color, fit, and style for the suits. The staff really know what they are doing and sized everyone well. None of the guys complained of their clothing being too tight, etc. the day of our wedding and had no trouble dancing later that night. We had a great experience and were glad to support a local store!

The staff is incredibly nice and super helpful. The store has a small town feel with a surprising selection. I've had nothing but great experiences with Bauman's.

I went with their wedding suit special for myself and 7 groomsmen. All of my guys were between 6'0" and 6'3" and 170-215lbs.
I wore their charcoal suit, and the groomsmen wore the mid-grey.
The suits themselves are really good quality and fit for the price.

We upgraded to the wrinkle-free, cotton slim-fit shirts and they looked great. Definitely worth it for easier care.

We battled some supply chain issues for a while (as did most stores at the time). Although they have a large selection, we weren't able to lock down a tie choice while we were in the store. We trusted Olivia, the store owner, to make decision based on our colors, and she ended up picking out a tie that was perfect.

Overall the prices are great. I wasn't able to find any of their products anywhere else for less.

Don't be afraid to ask them to take the waist in a little more than they suggest during fitting if you are looking for a slim, modern fit.

We created and shared a Google sheets document with Olivia. We were able to easily share and keep track of everyone's sizing and updates.
