My experience with this Bathfitters has been horrible. My first install was 11 months ago and I’m on my 3rd install of the same bath. This bath currently leaks into the floor below and they did a ton of damage to the exterior walls.

I started this process in May of 2023 and my bath is still currently unusable in June of 2024. I’m incredibly discouraged and not sure what to do or if my bathroom with ever be complete.

Find a company with better workmanship and knows what they’re doing.

Thank you Brody for installing the new walk-in shower for my 96 year old Mother. It is lovely and just what she needed to make her life a little easier. They told us they would install it in one day and they held up to that commitment. Brody was neat and efficient and did most of it by himself, he had another associate Matt to helped him finish the project. Thank you to all involved in the process 😍

From start to finish, our experience with Bath Fitter has been great. Our representative, Steve Guidice, was forthright and honest bout the work we wanted done. The price was fair. The installer, Matt Herndon, was amazing! Hecshowed up on time and worked non-stop until the day's work was done. His work was accurate, professional and flawless. We are completely satisfied!!

Broady Bailey and John Gunn were Amazing and so professional. They were able to get the job done at an amazing pace even with a supply delay. I will definitely recommend this company and particularly these two installers.
