The purchase of our furniture went smoothly. The lack of communication about the delivery is what kept this from 5 stars; horrendous!

We had to wait for our chairs to be delivered which we knew when we made the purchase. After the designated amount of wait time (2-3 wks) we never received a call about setting up a delivery time.

When I called the store to get an update I was told, "They have been here for about a week. We were able to get them on an earlier shipment. We tried to call you."

I told the sales manager that neither my wife nor I had received a call. There was no explanation on why we only received one alleged call. How much time might have passed had I not initiated my call?

I set the date for delivery. Again no call to confirm delivery or to let me know the delivery was on its way.

When I called on the day of delivery I was told the sales staff doesn't deal with the deliveries and I would be getting a call, sometime, by the driver on when my furniture will be delivered.

This was the worst communication I've had with a furniture store after making a purchase and setting up a delivery.

Credit to the delivery guys. They were great - 5 ⭐ for them.

They were really helpful and answered any questions that I had. I was in and out within 30 minutes not bad being that they were pretty busy! We’ve bought furniture from them for years and will continue to do so! Highly recommend!

They are very helpful to find what "you are" looking for. Not trying to push anything you don't want or need. Right down to measuring to make sure it will fit your space. And the delivery guys are patient making sure its where you want it before they leave. I will be back! Thank you guys so much! 7 stars 😊

I always enjoy supporting local, when I can. This was no exception. They were super helpful. Anything you can think of, they have in stock. From purchase (financing options available) to delivery (low rate for them to bring it in and setup the sectional) it was a great experience.

We checked at several other places for 2 mattress sets and Barry's was the last place we tried but from now on, Barry's will be our 1st and only place to go for household furniture! Jessie went above and beyond to get us what we needed at a price we could afford. Best shopping experience ever!
