This place is trash, I went in and no greeting. I couldn't figure out who worked there because everyone was in street clothes. I walked around for about 10 minutes and still no one came up to help. I finally found an employee and asked if they had a different size dunk and he said "NO" and mumbled something. He didn't even go check the back. No wonder why no one was in your store. TRASH

Hostile staff the worst experience of my life made me do my first google review.
I came into the store looking for some black cements but i had my lv trainer maxis i was just trying to get a 2nd opinion on if they are authentic ( went across the street to sado room they authenticated with no hostility) i was then rudely told by the fatter asian dude that they arent a resale store and they dont have designer when all i asked was if they knew anything about the shoes. The whole time he was giving me the worst attitude idk if it was how i was dressed if he was jealous or what. He even rudely asked if ive ever been in the shop when ive been here a handful of times i was just wondering if they can take a look at them since they are a reputable shoe store atleast i thought lol. I then left the store without even checking for what i came in for cause the dude was giving me that just get tf out of here look so i did as he wanted and i will never be back i wish i could return my past purchases since ive spent atleast 2000 to 3000 with them in the past. Please dont purchase from these hostile people that think they are better than you just because the shop is in downtown seattle. Just go to the mall or buy online its not worth the looks or disrespect.

BAIT obviously has a great selection and is a reputable place. What I did not appreciate is that the text receipt says they have a 30 day return policy. I guess I missed that all sales are FINAL, and it is stated on their website to be fair but it's a little confusing when the receipt says returns are accepted within 30 days. The website also says that they will do refunds/exchanges on a case by case basis. I bought a pair of shoes for my girlfriend and we tried to stop in to exchange them but they just flat out said no. It is what it is but don't put case by case on your website then. I felt stupid even trying. I would understand if she wore them but she didn't even try them on. Not buying from here again.

Great shop for sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles at fair prices. This isn’t like a typical overpriced sneaker resale shop. This shop is goated and usually sells new sneaker drops at retail, although lines are long and it’s first come first serve. They have Jordans, Yeezys, and other “hype” brands. The shop has a dope aesthetic and has tons of cool collectibles to buy. They also have a buy 4 get 1 free deal on blind boxes, which are about $7-$12 each, and they’re really nice about it. If you like the one that’s on display, they’ll let you exchange the one you bought, if you open in store. The blind boxes are My Hero, Sanrio, Art of War, One Punch Man, and more. The staff are also really helpful and super chill. Would definitely recommend checking out when you’re in Cap Hill!

The Best retail sneaker store in Seattle! They carry a huge variety of brands and have the nicest people working there.

Has gone downhill a lot within the past year.
This store is filled with more friends of the employees than actual customers, and socializing takes priority over customer service.
To top it all off, "store policy" now requires an ID and a profile with them to make a purchase. It's plastic, not alcohol.
No, you can't collect my data and make my shopping experience worse just so I can have the privilege of paying you.
