I purchased a Traeger Ironwood 650. Finally a business that knows their product so you can make an informed decision. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This is a local business with customer service and satisfaction as a main goal. I am very satisfied with my grill. Their pricing is very competitive. Mounted a huge TV in our marble fireplace with no issues. Customer service is amazing!

Very happy with the audio work they just finished at our home. Installed 6 pairs of speakers, 5 sonos amps/connects, 3 televisions, 1 receiver, and a few other items. The guys were on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we understood how to use all the products. Thank you very much Bailey's TV.

Seen this gentleman who I am assuming is the owner of the business while leaving after his business was closed cursing this young lady. From name calling to telling her where to go and how to get there (which I do happen to have it on video, well the last part of it anyways) the young lady was holding a sign on the side of the road which in my opinion is not on near his store but the young lady said shes a single mom and ran out of gas. I ended up helping her with gas and happened to see she really did run out and she and her 4 year old and a huge pitty are staying in a hotel and she's having problems paying that as well. I mean I know people dont like for folks to be begging and stuff but to cuss, threaten and call a young single mother the names and say the things he said, he literally had the girl leaving in tears which she said isn't the first time he's done that to her. needless to say, i will not use this business and i will post the video of this man, if you wanna call him that, cussing and threatening this lady on all my social media platforms and make sure no one I know or anyone in my family does any type of business with this store to the best of my ability

After no satisfaction calling all the big companies for simply mounting our tv in the corner of bedroom, we made one call to Tv Installation Pros, an actual human answered.....That's huge now days! They came out installed our tv on a corner tv mount with out asking multiple questions that I didn't know the answer to, nor did I have to fill out any online forms! I don't have 2 hrs to spend on the phone, just to get my tv mounted!

I called to get information and the sales person who I was informed is the son was not willing to answer questions. Told me I need to come into the store. Hung up on me.Sent them an e-mail no answer. Getting ready to buy a big screen somewhere but not here.
