I have lived in several different homes in Des Moines since then and AL has been able to help me create wonderful audio/visual systems in each place. I bought a new router and access point from Audio Labs and it worked great until I changed from Cable to Fiber optic. I spent hours on the phone with the Router Company and the Internet Provider and got nothing. Jim brought Andy out and within 30 min had it fixed and back to normal. They are great!

Finally made it in before they close on Saturday! I'm glad I did. They had some great deals on Paradigm speakers. Excellent demo rooms and a nice assortment of new and used gear all at decent prices. I went in just to look and walked out with 3 speakers! Greg was knowledgeable and very helpful! I fully recommend Audio Labs for your stereo or home theater needs.

I have been a customer at Audio Labs since the 1970's and have always found them to have excellent products and outstanding customer service. Multiple times I have received the advice to NOT buy a given product because it would not achieve my stated goal of upgrading my systems. I have never had this experience at any other retailer and certainly not at a big box store.
