I would like to thank Kennedy Vos for all of her help and assistance for getting my family their new phones for Christmas. We live in Troy and when we called the Ozark AT&T store she told us they had the new iPhone 16 pro max and my sons could walk out with them today. She also helps us setup the phones and the Apple Watches that we brought.

The absolute worst store I've been to. Every time they do anything to my phone or account it causes major issues. This is the 3rd times in 3 months ive had issues at this store. Even after 4 hours and asking numerous times to make sure one of my lines didn't get touched, it still got cut off!! Save your frustration and go to Dothan or Enterprise
