This is the worst place to rent from. They charge your card with out permission saying it's auto pay we never agreed to auto pay. Now my husband is in the hole. Caleb and James are horrible. I will never rent from them again. Horrible people here. Update they are still doing auto pay with out our permission.

They are the worst people to deal with. They say that they take your account off of auto pay then go and take the money out of your account without your knowledge. James is the worse one to deal with there. He lies and tells you he contacted the regional manager and that he will call you. Then changes his story hours later. I would NEVER rent through them again. WORST customer service in the world.

We were going to buy a bed from here in September and decided to cancel the order the same day not only did they still charge us but they tryed to charge us the following payment and never returned our money from the initial payment...we have called multiple times and they said they would call us back. Today we called again and they told us more or less they wouldn't refund the money.

My payments due on the first of the month. I usually pay cash but my hours have changed at work. 3 months ago i knew i wasn’t going to make it in so gave them my card number and they automatically put me on auto pay. Caleb Told me it’s a requirement for new customers. Mind you I’ve already been with them for 4 months. I asked a woman to take me off auto pay in January she said she’d do it. Then in February i was charged again early that morning before they even opened. I called again later in the day and was rude at the fact that they automatically charged me without my permission and that’s when Caleb told me because i was new i had to be on auto pay. I wasn’t told that when i signed the lease and was paying with cash. So canceled my card and got a new card. Like i said before my work hours have changed, i pretty much work the same time they are open. I haven’t been able to go in and make my payment and they have been non stop calling but this would have already been resolved if i could just make my payment over the phone with my card and not get put on auto pay without my consent.
If my account was to have a card on file and be on auto pay then why wasn’t i informed of this the day i signed my lease? Or why didn’t they have me pay with my card that day as well? Very bad customer service and they are real good at lying. They call and leave messages saying please give us a call so we can resolve this matter, but they sure didn’t want to resolve the matter about my card being charged the day i asked them to reverse the funds and that i was coming in later that day with cash. They told me if they reversed the funds they would have to come pick the bed up.
