Needed a pickup on a children's chair,the man was very polite and respectful, his name is Garrett. I dod have a problem with a Gentleman on phone that's very rude and made comments to me that were completely uncalled for. Had this oversize sofa delivered on time and I truly enjoying it. Very friendly great customer service great Quality furniture I will be going back there to get some more when needed. Prices are very reasonable.
The delivery guys are very understanding On working with you on how to put your furniture very friendly and courteous and quick on set up. If you don’t keep changing your mind on things like I did I just couldn’t figure out how to set up my couch. We got it figured out. Everything was good. They were in and out. Everything settled all mine. I’m just glad that they were patient with me.

This company has rotten customer service . I have worked as a CSR for 45 years and the customers are the most important part of any company. I have paid off 7 items with this company..that's so much money , way more than the item cost , yet they refuse to help if there is a financial issue , and actually go above and beyond to harass you . I urge people to apply with Progressive Leasing before paying 4 times what an item is worth at this company, unfortunately I discovered the other company too late for the stove I'm currently paying 2 years for and nearly done , too much money invested to give it up. I am a widow , and I begged them at Christmas if I could possibly defer a payment, just 1 payment, pay the interst only , but I was told , by Corey, that they had helped everyone they could that month ...per corporate...and he said do you understand what I'm saying ? No...I really didn't. They just are ridiculous. I know when my payments are due and things happen in life , but they call and call and call until u feel bullied and harassed. I've been lied to , bullied , charged fees they didn't tell me about originally. I will never go back again.

Never got the pin for a $2000 computer called store 50 times no answer but a lady carol was polite and she is looking into for me only other number was a personal one of hers so hopefully I can finally get to use a computer Iam buying from them if not I’ll be calling corporate Monday morning and I’ll bet carol will be the new boss ty Carol ur great

I will say the couch I got is very nice. But I have had to make all the phone calls to them. Called them to see when I would be getting my couch. They told it had come in and they just hadn’t called me. Then I’m missing a piece of the couch they tell me before delivery. Then once the couch is delivered i’m missing a whole cushion. It’s been back and forth with them since the beginning and I won’t be going through them again.
