I’d like to give a special thanks to Kelly Williams and Zach. I was privileged enough to be connected with Kelly as my online designer in Alabama. (I live in Florida and reached out to Arhaus for design help a few weeks before our local shop opened.) We had put off the completion of furnishing our living room for several years (waiting until our young children got a bit older and less destructive). I appreciate the design assistance provided by Kelly and Zach because it helped me to see ‘out of the box’, and new potential in my living room. Zach was very good with his renderings, completely realistic. Kelly was prompt, professional and polite. She listened to my concerns and ‘got our style.’ When I spoke to her on the phone, I felt like I was chatting with an old friend! Kelly is the definition of professionalism: exemplary, meticulous, courteous, reliable and pays constant attention to detail. I look forward to me new Arhaus pieces and am grateful for the help of Kelly and Zach.

my order arrived with both tables damaged , i have tirlessly tried to resolve with the concierge, first email and phone both are almost impossible to corrdinate and discuss the issues, when calling it rings forever, email is similarly a problem i received confirmation emails but never a follow up. finally i persisted and they agreed to replace tables, i havent received yet but hoping. i also ordered a rug that i still cant determine when i will receive that item. Just bad customer service!

My experience with this company has been horrible from the moment I purchased this piece. Not only was my couch several months late getting here but started to tear almost instantly. The cushions started to sink in as well. The large separation you see in the seems started off very small. I had purchased the extra coverage bc I have children and just assumed it would be worth having coverage on a $8,000 piece of furniture. I started my claim over a year ago. They would email every few months or so to follow up by asking for more pictures. I would send the appropriate photos then silence. Naturally the tear got larger and larger. I still have this tear in my couch. Now, keep in mind. The tear isn’t the only issue. The fabric immediately started to bead, the threads are popping out all over and if you open the back rest cushions the fabric is in shredded. Of course they are claiming this is normal. I have a couch I purchased from west elm about five years ago. It’s our main couch. It’s used all day every day. The seats spring up as if it was purchased yesterday. The fabric looks great. No beading, no seem separation, no threading it’s perfect. I also only paid 5,000 and it still came with custom fabric. I too am a business owner. If someone came to me and said the couch was falling apart I would want to do right by them insuring they had a smooth return or replacement so that they would come back. Instead, these people won’t respond and I’m stuck with a piece of furniture that looks terrible in my home. Please don’t buy from this company. It’s honestly been a year of hell.

DO NOT order furntiure from this store. Never in my life have I encountered a bigger bait and switch than my experience at Arhaus. We were told the items we ordered were "in stock" and would be delivered within a month. Its now 3 months later and they still can't get us our furniture delivery. All we get is the run around and apologies but no furniture. We tried to simply return the order and now they are demanding we pay a return fee.

Go to restoriation hardware, DO NOT deal with these scammers.
