I have been purchasing all of my major appliances at Archer’s for the past 10 years. They offer the same prices as the big box stores but their delivery employees are much more competent. If you require a repair, Michael is probably the most competent and knowledgeable repairman in the state.

Overall I was very satisfied with Archer. I wanted to shop local if I could, not at some big box store. Micah was my initial sales contact. He was helpful when I had questions but not following me around the store, which I liked. I was looking for certain color and types of appliances and they had them all available. I purchased 4 appliances from them. They were great with price matching, and very helpful getting the info I needed for the manufacturer rebate my purchase qualified for. When I stopped in to the store for other reasons whoever was working was helpful. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating was the delivery. I needed delivery inside but no set up. I was told during my purchase that would be no charge (because they weren't hooking up the appliances), which was great. (I will note that when I came to make my purchase Micah was NOT who rang me up)My definition of "inside" meant inside the living space of my house. Much to my dismay, when the delivery truck arrived, I was abruptly informed that "inside" was inside the garage. I would have paid a fee to get the appliances delivered inside the house if I would have known the specifics of their definition of "inside". Other retailers I have had used "garage delivery". This one misunderstanding will not keep me from shopping there again. And lesson learned on the delivery definition.

Not too bad. Ordered refrigerator on line. Got message that someone would contact me regarding delivery. I got impatient and contacted them. Set up delivery.
Day before delivery got call that the order was messed up. Had to wait another week for delivery.
Delivery and set up was smooth and very professional. All in all, good experience.

The sales servis is wonderful. Dave was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The follow up however not so much. New dishwasher ordered over the phone on 1/2/20. It was received and installed very quickly. Unfortunately while it was being installed, the installer noticed that the machine was broken. Living 25 miles away it was just the plastic sprayer arm. The next day I drove there and back to exchange for one off of a floor model. My time, my gas. When I snaped the sprayer arm in it still didn't work. Called back, Explained that my brand new dishwasher still wasn't working. They scheduled their service person to come out and take a look but it wouldn't be until next week Because they only had one service person and he was extremely backed up. I said, fine. Following Monday service person arrived to take a look. Said yes, the motor to pump water out was bad. He would order the part but it probably wouldn't be in until the following week. Service guy said they would call me to let me know mid week to set something up. No phone call, I called them. Talked to Dave the sales guy. He said, that the part was on backorder, they would switch out with another on hand. Was wondering to myself why they didn't do that a week earlier, so that I wasn't sitting there with a brand new broken dishwasher for 2 weeks. Week number 3. Michael the service Tech did finally arrive and installed new motor, it was finally working. I called Dave back and said I was not happy about paying for a new Dishwasher that had multiple problems. Dave said he would talk the owner and perhaps they could give me an extended 4 year warranty. The following week I call back because I hadn't heard and Dave confirmed that the owner agreed to that. Called back again to see what the deal was? Dave said the warranty would be mailed to me. Still waiting as of 2/9/20. The Installation of the new dishwasher was on January 6th 2020. Nice folks, extremely poor follow up!!!! I will do a follow up review to see if they actually follow through with what they promised.
