My sister was at Arabella for a couple years me and my brother were very happy with the care my sister received. She always spoke highly about the staff and was always very well looked after. The care she received was exceptional. I never heard her complain of anything.

My mother was a resident of Arabella for about 8 months before she passed this year, and mom made it known that she loved it there and she loved the staff. During her time there she received excellent care from the nurses and staff.

The nurses and staff at this facility are topnotch in my book, and they are the most amazing group of individuals that I have every met! They are all extremely positive, uplifting, and beyond skilled in all levels of care. Each and everyone of them have a sense of pride in their work, and truly go above and beyond for their residents and the families.

I am truly grateful for the care and compassion they gave my mother during the time she was there and to my family during our difficult time. There are so many that we could name individually, just know that we love you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

My friend’s grandmother passed away there not long ago, I loved her like she was my own grandmother. I only visited maybe once or twice over the years, but everytime I did, the building was clean, beautiful and cheerful. The staff was all so kind and thoughtful. Special shoutout to nurses Laura and Jodi for going above and beyond for my second family. You can tell they love what they do. Great job and happy late nurses week to you both!

Hi, my name is Becky White. My daddy had a light stroke few weeks ago and needed to go in house rehabilitation to get his strength back. He loved it at Arabella Health and wellness of the Russellville. The whole nursing staff (day&nights) made sure he was taken care of and looked nice everytime we came to visit. If he had a doctor's appointment the day of Bingo games, we had to get him back. Kelly and her assistant is wonderful. The dietary department , Lisa tidwell, he loved
everything from breakfast, lunch and supper.the housekeeping and laundry department, kept his room clean, and his clothes were always returned to him. The best was the rehab department, Emily and Kristy helped getting him back to normal. He said they were the best rehab in the world. Thank you so much.

My mother is a resident here. You could not ask for a more caring, skilled and loving staff to look after your loved one. They are awesome.
Update: 9-23-24 Here we are a few years later. My mother has now been a resident for 5 years. My opinion has only been reinforced over the years. To have no complaints after 5 years is saying something! Mom is doing very well, and even though her dementia has progressed significantly, she is still treated just as you would want your loved one treated.

Arabella of Russellville is by far the best facility I visit. The staff is not only supportive, they also have a sense of PRIDE in their work that truly is second to none. The Administrator stands out, he truly leads by example. He spent the morning attending to his daily duties while transporting patients to my work area. He knew every patient by name and it was clear that he knew each patient on a personal level. He leads by example. Ashlyn is by far one of the most sincere persons I know., she too, knew each patient by name and it was clear she has a good relationship with the patients. The staff throughout the facility reflect pride in their work. This facility does more than just care for both staff and patients they go beyond to ensure each team member and patient is supported and valued.
