On Tuesday, 6/11/2024, I brought my washer machine to this establishment in need of repairs. On Thursday, 06/13/24, I had not heard any updates, so I called them. I was told that I would receive a call back. By Saturday 06/15/24, I had not received a call back for any updates. I called Mr. Boyd, I now know as the CROOKED PASTOR (maybe the manager) and he said it was the transmission and it would cost me around $800 to fix it and they will give me $20 for the parts. I told him I will just pick my washer back up. He immediately became hesitate about releasing my washer to me. He said the washer was dismantle and would have to be put back together. I called back again the next day and the owner answer the phone. He asked me what was the problem I was having with the washer. I told him the washer wasn't draining water off the clothes. He said let them run another test run (due to the fact he has another technician) and he will call me back after noon or their lunch hour. After 24 hours had past, he hadn't returned my call either. I now believe they had the soul intentions to keep my washer for resale or parts. When my husband and I went to pick it up. They gave us the wrong washer, because they thought we wouldn't notice the switch. They even went as far to the extent of changing the silver metal backings from my washer to this other washer!! What they didn't factor in is I had pictures of my machine. When I told them about their trickery and false claims to be soldiers for Christ, Mr. Boyd gave me $50 hush money, new hoses (worth about $20) and said he apologize it was his workers. At this point I took the $50, the hoses, and refused to be quiet! Whether for resale or parts "THEY STILL HAVE MY WASHER!! They will lose more. Claiming to be Pastors, Christian based...well all that means is you have to take an even "higher accountability" for your actions.

BEWARE OF SCAM Bought a defective dryer and they refused to return it saying it was my apartment’s electrical causing the problem. Bought a new dryer from BestBuy with 0 issue. Beware of scam. Would not replace or return.

My Husband and I purchased a washer and dryer set from this "business" in 2021. We had no problems with the set until about August of 2023. We had a good experience before so we decided to use them again, BIG MISTAKE! We purchased another set on 11.4.2023, soon after, the washer started knocking violently. I called in early January and they sent someone to look at it ON THE WRONG DAY. The man that came lied on me to (I believe) the owner, saying that he explained to me how to load the washer. I told the owner myself prior that DESPITE loading the washer properly (this one has a smaller agitator), it was still knocking. The liar that came checked the washer determined that it was the spring. They said they'd come back that next Tuesday, THEY NEVER CAME. They waited on purpose for the 90 day warranty to end (2.3.2024). Totally unprofessional, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Just go somewhere else. Oh and about the springs, according to my research, the springs need to be changed all at one time or they'll slowly break down and you'll have to keep replacing them. We'll go back to the traditional washer.

Bought a washer and a dryer. Wanted to work any bugs out because after all the items were used. Had numerous problems with both the washer and the dryer. Last issue was close to 90 day warranty and they purposely didn’t come out for repair. They didn’t keep their word that he would send someone out before the warranty was up. When I called him out on it he was hostile and rude. Not honest. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Just not even worth the trouble.

I purchased a washer and dryer there for my daughter who is a single mother and the washer broke within the warranty period and the company is trying to make her pay for the repair. Please honor your warranty!

I bought two dryers from them, both stopped working in less then 6 months. I contacted them, and ask can some one come look at my dryer, he stated, due to COVID 19 they cannot come out, but they are still delivering appliances and hooking them up, sounds like an excuse. I wouldn’t recommend no one to shop with them and the customer service is horrible.

Due to its refurbished policy on products and the warranty. They will check the appliance before delivering and again at your home; however after 60 - 90 days...you are on your own. All products and sets start in high $300 up. There were no individual washers at the time of my visit. Check the brand name and the warranty policy before you buy.
