I threw together a really last minute wedding (2 months to do it all), and they were so helpful with not only helping me find the perfect dress, but also someone to do alterations. We also rented my husband's tux from them. Everyone there was so friendly and professional

Staff members are friendly and polite. Everyone is very welcoming and will invite to help. The dresses are beautiful. We even needed men’s dress shoes in wide and they were very helpful in getting us a pair that would fit.

Looking for a wedding dress for my daughter. I called made an appointment, gave the the wedding date ( very short timeline), the budget. Was told that we would have to buy off the rack due to our limited amount of time, but they had some options for my daughter to try.

There was only a few dresses in her size ( or such that could be altered). The dresses were all over budget.

The sale staff while cordial was not overly helpful for someone trying on wedding dresses for the first time.

Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Prom dress shopping. Entering the establishment you are immediately hit with the strong scent of dog. There was a small dog that apparently has the run of the place when it's not getting handed from person to person who works there. Obviously more of a wedding shop. Very little selection for prom here.
We started shopping and were told only two dresses at a time in dressing room which makes sense because the dressing room was smaller than a bathroom stall at the carmike 12. My daughter actually thought she had been put in a closet.
The door opens into a hall that had constant flow of traffic from staff and fully blocked the hallway when opened making it a headache for us and them I'm sure.
A few other people showed up to shop for prom dresses while we were there. Not enough room in the single narrow isle the dresses were in for two strangers to comfortably and politely pass each other to look at dresses.
Our dress attendant disappeared after helping us with the first dress. We were on our own for the rest of the few that were tried on. She did show up as the last dress was on holding the dog.
There seemed to be a large amount of staff yet the only friendly person was the man who greeted us when we walked in and when we left.
Prices were good.

I’ve always used Andrews since high school, which I graduated in 1995.. I have 3 boys now 26, 22, & 16 and I’ve used Andrews for all 3… They are the most friendly, helpful, caring people. They go above and beyond..I live an hour away now due to getting married , as before I lived in Dothan my whole life , I will and am continuing to using them no matter the drive…It’s worth it!!! The prices , the suits and the friendly caring hearts keeps you coming back ! As my father-in law is unexpectedly passing away , they have been so understanding and truly caring. You won’t find that anywhere else.. They deserve a 100 not a 5 star !
