I cannot recommend this brand. If I am spending more money on clothes because they are sustainable and high quality, the clothes should last beyond one wash. The button on the $100 shorts I bought fell off after one wash - I have never had this happen to any other clothes I own. Their viscose blends do not wash well. Clothes that do not last are not sustainable.
I went to the store manager at another location and they said that the brand would not do anything to correct the defective clothing. For a brand that positions itself as higher end I expect better customer service.

I’ve lived in the city for many years and this is one of my favorite stores to look around in! I own a pair of pants from there that fit like a glove and were recommended to me by one of the girls working there. It can be hard to shop for pants sometimes and I found this store to be size inclusive. Overall, super inviting inside with really kind and attentive store associates. Would recommend to anyone looking for some soft and sustainable clothes!!

The store is nice and people are friendly. The products however are uninspired uniqlo copies made from worse materials. I bought a few plain dresses for the summer and all three are unwearable after a few washes. I would give this brand/store's products 0 stars and advise you to stay away

Super cute store in a fun area of San Francisco. The staff was super friendly and helpful and I love how soft all the clothes are! Tried on a number of items and ended up finding 4 items that were comfy and looked great! That never happens to me! I love that most of the clothes are made in the USA in California and are from recycled and/or natural materials. Love this place!!

Really love this store! Been in a couple times whenever I’m in Hayes Valley and the staff has always been really friendly and are quick to help. I’ve bought a few items and love them. I like the sustainable aspect as well and the cute tote bag they give you when you purchase something is a plus

This has to be 5 stars. It had been past 3 months, I had stopped buying at brands which are not eco conscious, after I became aware of life cycle of fabrics and sweatshops. I wanted to start my sustainable journey with clothing but I got scared of the price tags and also these clothes were not my style when I entered store.

Chealsa helped me understand how the clothes were produced in every possible detail she could. She understood where I was coming from, since I never spend more than 50$ for an item. She comforted me and picked up the clothes for me which would go with my style and something I could find reasonable. She gave me tips on sustainable closet and how to pair up clothes. I bought a jumpsuit with amazing fabric and which was very versatile.

I am going back again.
She gave me in my dress cute sustainable bag.

Clothes are lovely and the fabrics are beautiful. Some of the sizing will work for 16 to 18. Have purchased their standard tee shirts and they updated them with latest season colors.
