This store is clean, well organized, and continuously well stocked. They offer new items along side their used products. They’re not as inexpensive as other stores but they sort items by size and not just color which I find to be extremely helpful and less stressful! The store is also extremely easy to move through because the racks aren’t pushed super tightly together. Lastly, the staff is great! They’re always so friendly and willing to chat while you check out.

The management is absolutely horrible with some dude named zavvieer running it. He is very disrespectful and rude to the employees below him. But the three employees I did see Jenni, Trinity, and Micah are very helpful with their customers, and hard working.

Went today which was opening day. The store was clean and organized which was appreciated! The prices were way too high for a thrift store though. They literally get these items for FREE. Charging $20 for a used sweatshirt is wild. You also have to remove all your hangers before you can get in line to pay. It would have been nice to know prior to me needing to quickly check out, but having to stop and remove all the hangers myself. I always remove the hangers myself at goodwill while I’m at the register so it’s not an issue, but not letting me get in line until I did so was weird.

Don't update the app!! Your saved card info in inaccessible and it won't let you update payment unless it's only google pay. So I had to order in store, not being able to utilize the online exclusives and as such paid more without getting everything I wanted/ordered online.

First time in. It was so neat and organized from size to the sign of what it is, very easy to find what your looking for 10 out of 10
I read a few reviews saying the prices were ridiculous my opinion there cheaper than goodwill the prices were Awsome only thing I would recommend is having half off of certain items like goodwill does makes it fun thrift shopping to get the best sales overall I will be back it was a great experience

The store is clean but overpriced. Also the customer service is horrible. It seems like the employees do not really want to work. Hire new people.
