Came to American Freight close to closing time. We knew what we wanted to purchase a bed set and couches. We ask Cornelius/Tony what we wanted and kindly helped us without rushing the purchase and throughly explained their protection plan. They gave us a good deal on a recliner. Went in to look for a new rocking chair for the wife in the new baby’s room. Found a great chair and also got a deal on a brand new couch. Delivered to our house 30 mins away in Rio Rancho. I was at work while the wife was home. She said the delivery guys were super nice and welcoming, helped with putting the furniture in the living room and gave her all the information and help she needed. The sales associates were nice in the store. The manager was super helpful, Sean, answered all my questions, and even when I called in he helped with all the questions I had. Super professional, super helpful. I always get all my furniture from these guys. Thanks again!

Always so very helpful and honest customer service. I'm now purchasing my second bed set with them the first one lasted quite long. The warranty protection program is great They really do follow through with their promise.
Delivery and Set up: I am so thankful for Carlos and Sean for taking the time to put my new bed together as I would not have been able to do it myself! very professional and kind individuals, as long as they are what represent American freight I will continue to do my business there!

Carlos is the best!! Loved the customer service! He took the time to walk through all the good deals so we could find something we loved, in the end he worked with us to get the best pricing. Do not shop the big stores come here and see Carlos for affordable pricing.
