The most unprofessional and disrespectful store I've been to in a number of years while shopping in Montgomery. There's a reason why EastChase has steadily and sadly gone downhill over the years, this store is a shining example of such. I will only be shopping via online and by visiting alternative locations. The staff could benefit from some lessons in professional dialogue, decorum, and etiquette- how embarassing.

Awful customer service. We asked for an item to be shipped to my residency but the cashier put the wrong address and submitted the prompt. We noticed it would no longer be going to the correct location so we tried to get this fixed, but the store puts a 1 hour limit on undoing a purchase. We called customer service and were on hold for 30 minutes and the person was no help either. Eventually the manager tried to call them (which makes no sense as they could have just helped us with a refund right away) and they said there was nothing to do and the time had expired. Pretty much wasted time until there was nothing more we could do. Our last hope is to say no item was delivered and get money back but they said this isn’t guaranteed (knowing them we definitely won’t get money back). Pretty much spent money on nothing and got no help for being scammed. Save yourself time and money. DO NOT COME HERE

I went into the store at Eastchase in Montgomery, Alabama this afternoon & was surprised at the sub-par service & experience I encountered. I walked in & noticed 2 staff members, one was on her phone typing behind the register & the other was folding clothes. Neither of these ladies acknowledged me. One of the chicks looked me in the face & said nothing. There was a third female in the store, not sure if she was a customer or staff. No company or business is perfect but their actions were poor. CUSTOMER SERVICE begins with human contact. After 20 seconds I just left & was appalled at these poorly trained individuals. I have no intention of ever going in there again. 😠 I will not spend my money in a store that treats me in a raggedy manner.
