Hi all, I don’t normally do this but I just wanted to warn everyone. Me and my family are here for a church youth event, and I told my youngest that we would stop at a souvenir shop (I also wanted to get my oldest a sweatshirt). So anyways, we walked in early in the morning (store opened 15 mins earlier). Once we walked in we were immediately met with an UGH sound. Anyways later after we were about to check out, we were once again met with mean comments. Throughout our 10 minute experience in the store we were rushed, looked at ugly, commented about, and just had an all together bad experience, I wouldn’t go here if I were you.

Nice little souvenir shop to hit up while visiting the beach! Very clean but kinda cluttered, offering jewelry, shoes, shirts, hats and other souvenirs to take back home for family. Store also had changing rooms. The staff was very nice and were willing to help with any of your needs. Just a little pricier than others in the area but a good one. One of the spots to hit on your way home or just a quick run for beach supplies.

Huge selection of basically anything you could need! They also have tons of stuff that no one needs! Lol. Good beach essentials if your in need and also just a great shop to stop in if you want to kill time looking at all the fun merchandise! The prices are really good for being in a tourist location too. Highly recommend!

I have 3 reasons this ISNT a good place to buy toys, floats, clothes, etc. 1. We walked inside 30 minutes before closing time (we checked online.) and were sent out. 2. The next day, we went back (BIG MISTAKE) I was looking for a shirt for my son, all were in poor condition. 3. While trying to change my son into the shirt, we were rushed and belittled by the workers.

Good souvenir shop with a lot of options. Pricing is competitive with the smaller shops but much cheaper than the other chains like SurfStyle and Ron Jon. Staff is helpful if you have any questions and their artist creating the custom shirts is very talented! Also, handicapped ♿ accessible with little effort- you just can't get upstairs.

The Orange Beach Alvin’s Island is great and the customer service is top notch. I cannot recommend it enough. It’s worth the extra drive. The employee in charge of returns at this location is extremely rude and does not understand their own store policy. She refused an exchange on a pair of woman’s shorts, and pointed to the policy that there is no exchange on bathing suits. There are many wonderful souvenir shops around this area, but this definitely isn’t one of them.
