*DO NOT SHOP HERE*
Each time I've come here I've been the only patron, this time was much of the same. No music was playing, the only thing thay filled the air was the awkward silence as the guy with the grease filled man bun stared at me while I shopped. I selected a product and then held another product up and took a photo to send to my partner. Employee hollered across the store "you're not supposed to do that ya know!" I replied "do what?" He replied "take photos" I said "oh, okay, I got you" and put my phone down. The employee continued to scold me sayimg "i dont know whos on the receiving end of that photo" to which i replied "its none of your buisness. I told the employee that if he "doesn't want my money that's fine I can go elsewhere" he said "you violated our privacy" I said "uhh okay" I then put the product back. As I'm headed out the employee CONTINUES to scold me. I informed him that it appears to be very slow here and they probably shouldn't stare at and scold customers who are quietly shopping with $200 in product in their hands. I will be most pleased when this place shuts down and a dolla general takes their place.

Just went there with my husband. The girl working tonight, I think Michele, was awesome. She had lots of info on items we had questions about. More importantly, she was such a fun person to talk to. Really made it a great experience and we will be back.

Needs more variety of studios and outfits. Over half of their movies are Barracuda, not necessarily a bad studio but I know I would like to see them get digital playground and other big name studios. Staff has always been super helpful and courteous to me and my husband. Their lubes and supplements are super over priced in my opinion. They also have a variety of smoking accessories

This is the 2nd time I have bought a product from this store. Both products broke within a week and because all sales are final there's nothing that can be done. If you're in a pinch of say go here otherwise find your stuff online or at another location. Also, the customer service is pretty bad. The pink haired girl behind the counter was annoyed by having to help customers. She also lied about a product that cost me 30 dollars.

I spent 200 dollars on a wayer pipe and it broke when I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol. The glass they sell is cheap, dont buy it. Go to sweet puff or vapor smoke shack if you want quality for cheap. Everything in the store is half the price online. Gave it one star because zero isnt an option

The vibe is "rough". And the main answer to a product request is always..."We are sold out of that"? Which is understandable but they don't make any effort to be friendly and help any other way. It's like sorry we don't have that...see ya!

But I shop there a lot and I think spent $150.00 bucks in the last month and just settle for the customer service as it is.
