Have used these guys for years and they are the best! All the techs are great as are the office Staff (Peggy) but a special hats off to Nathan who is an ace (actually impressively so)! Since Accurate tends to work on high end appliances like SubZero, Wolf, Asko, Miele, etc. which tend to be complicated, it's nice to have someone we can rely on (and we do!) If you have a problem with Accurate, it's you, not them! I told Nathan to drive carefully since we can't afford to lose him. I have only written a review like this twice in my life.

They act like they have a good return policy, and they do not. We got a washing machine that did not work how it should. She acted like it was all our fault I didn't work. And would not give us our money back. We had to settle with a down grade of a washing machine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT BUY from these crooks. We purchased a used fridge not quite 2 months ago from here. They went on and on about their warranty and how they “take care of their customers” yet when our fridge didn’t work correctly they refused to do anything except let us trade it in for another used fridge that either didn’t have a working ice maker or was missing parts. We tried to have them let us return and purchase a new fridge or from them taking the cost off that and were told yes at first then it was the owner said no. Lesson learned we are out $700 for a junk fridge and will not purchase from them ever again!

I have 3 children, so not having a washer and dryer was a huge problem. I didn’t want to buy used from some random person and not know what I was getting. I contacted Tahnee and she was extremely helpful! She and her staff were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me get a set that fit my family’s needs. I was able to get a washer and dryer I would never be able to afford without their help! I highly recommend Accurate Appliance to anyone!

Great place have bought a few appliances from them and had good luck with them. Just went to look for a new washing machine, the guy there told me how to fix mine instead of trying to sell me a new one. Ended up costing me $5 to fix myself. Great people

Terrible customer service will never return they didn't even fix the broken washer I bought. No refund no exchange. If I could give negative stars I definitely would. Do waste your time or money here

We bought a washer and dryer here about 2 months ago. We did one load of laundry and after that it quit working. We tried to get ahold of them for about a week until finally we got ahold of them. We have called multiple times and they never have returned a voicemail or call to let us know what's going on. We took the washer back to them and it was there for about two weeks and we didn't know we could pick it up until we called and asked because they never call and let us know. They said they would leave it outside in the back for us to pick up and we drove to Spencer (a 45min drive) to find out that our washer was not outside so we had to turn around and come home with no washer. We haven't had a washer for about a month and a half and that's a huge hassle and they don't seem like they are in any hurry to help us. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

We bought a washer and dryer set. Got home hooked it all up, washer worked fine dryer never turned off. It just kept running. 3 days later the dryer just stopped working all together. Took it back, they gave us a different one. The next day, the washer stopped working. We live over an hour away, so this going back and forth for appliances that dont work is some bs.
