If I could rate this place lower than a one, I would! My partner and I were there a few days ago and the owner was watching us the whole time! We’ve been there more than once and the first time he was watching us but did not bother us. This time, he came up to us while my partner had a toy in his hand and told him to put it back. We were in the back of the store, it was a big toy, and were still exploring! This was obviously with malicious intent because he was being rude and dismissive acting like we were not in HIS store, shopping for HIS merchandise. It is Christmas time and we trying to find gifts but instead were welcomed by his nonsense. So, my partner ended up buying the toy that wasn’t even worth stealing because if that’s how he wanted to play that’s fine, we did not miss that measly 15 dollars. We didn’t even want it. We were just holding it. And we threw it away right outside the door of his store. The mall needs to really reconsider who store they open! This is not a good environment and the owner is racist and just rude. For him to appear as a POC is disheartening as well because to be a minority or have an appearance of a minority and still act that way is ignorant to a high extent. This store should be closed permanently and from reading the other reviews it’s clear that he’s done this plenty of times and all around not a good business owner!

17 year old daughter went in to buy a gift for her cousin’s birthday. They made her leave since she wasn’t with a parent. She wasn’t causing any issues, and needed to get a gift. Won’t return or spend another dime in this store!

About a month back, I went into the store with 3 of my friends. My friend Matt decided to get a toy for his little brother, and I split of from the group to look at Legos. I had my headphones in so I'm basically deaf. I feel a tap on my shoulder, and someone, who I presume to be the owner, is on the phone with the police describing my appearance, white hat, pink shirt, blue shorts. I was told to leave despite not doing anything wrong. I've no clue what the dude's problem is. No other establishments had a problem when my friends and I being in their stores.

Former employee of this store. I walked in a few weeks ago with my friends (since it is Christmas) and I did not touch a thing nor did I do anything to mess the store up, and the next day I got a threat text from the owner saying he would call the cops on me the next time I was to enter the store..... I did nothing wrong to this man or his store so he has no reason to call the cops on me. He is incredibly racist and selfish. People would come in with broken toys or toys that were missing pieces in the box and he would not give them a refund or listen to the problems that were wrong with the toys. He would tell them oh well and they could not their money back. I was working alone for the Christmas season because he would not hire any of the black people that applied to work there so he carelessly made me suffer working every shift, everyday, which led me to quit along with his unfairness. He is completely unprofessional and should not own a toy store. I would never recommend this store to anybody because the owners are so cruel and do not deserve anybody’s business. Awful people.

My whole family LOVES visiting this store! It is very child friendly, always smells so nice and things are neatly organized. The owners and their staff have always been helpful and kind to us. I once made a phone inquiry about a specific Beanie Baby penguin and the owner was kind enough to check the inventory and got back in touch with me to let me know they had the penguin. When I got to the store, the owner had set aside one of each size of the toy I had been searching for so that I could choose. I also appreciate the wide variety of Kumon books available. Reasonable prices, large inventory and impeccable customer service! A+++ in my book!

I should have left this review sooner but I don't usually leave reviews for any place. I feel obligated after such a good experience. Went in looking for a quick gift for the girlfriend and the teenage guy there helped me out. Turns out he's an Auburn student like myself so it was nice to meet someone like minded with a good attitude. This is a great place to go if you need a gift for that day. Helpful staff, good selection. Would recommend.

My son and I went into this store at about 5:40 PM on a Sunday afternoon. We were never greeted with a "Hey how are you? Can I help you?" or anything. I did not go in the store with the intentions of buying because the toys are honestly waaaaaay over priced, however had my son asked, I would have gotten him something. About three minutes later we were finally approached with a, "Hey, we are about to close in 5 minutes so that we can vacuum just to let you know." Mind you, the store was not scheduled to close until 6:00 PM. Needless to say, we will never be going there again. Very disappointed at the poor treatment we received, but not at all surprised.

I love this store, I get my nephews and nieces' Christmas presents there because they have toys you cannot find in many places. The employees always have been very helpful with finding the right present according to their age and interests. We always leave the store with a smile in our faces.
