I had the pleasure of ordering furniture from Aaron’s for the first time, and it was an incredible experience! I worked with Cassandra, and her customer service was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly patient, answering all my questions and guiding me through the entire process with genuine care and professionalism.

As someone new to buying furniture, I truly appreciated her expertise and the time she took to make sure I felt confident in my choices. It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with any store. I highly recommend Aaron’s, and if you get the chance to work with Cassandra at the Bessemer location, you’re in great hands!

Would definitely give them zero stars. I paid off a range back in November the previous manager was amazing. This new manager is very rude I ordered a mattress set online and have yet to receive it. He called demanding payment today for something I have not yet received. And when I asked to speak to his supervisor above him. He replied if you don't want to be a customer I can close you out! Wow how mature.

Ms Cassandra the sales manager went above and beyond to help me during an issue which was out of anyone's control. She gave me her word and she saw it threw to the end. It's hard to find people who genuinely care and Ms. Cassandra made it happen. The delivery gentleman Derrick was so kind and professional. He didn't make me feel like he was rushing or I was an incontinence to him. This is a perfect example of 100 percent customer satisfaction. Thank you so much for the help of the 2 of yall .

Store literally needs HELP! Walked in Destiny was helping a customer which is fine. However when she greeted us we discussed what we were looking for and proceed to answer every single phone call that came in… I get it she was the ONLY worker. We sat around waiting for an entire hour and still didn’t receive any help with our concerns. She called multiple stores to check inventory laughing talking on the phone with co workers instead of helping. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. Avoid this store if you’re looking for furniture/appliances. Will not return. Destiny needs to replaced.

I have had issues since the day I placed an order. First off I live in Pelham, they set me up with Bessemer office. Nothing was delivered correctly. It took 3 weeks for them to get the correct order and today I received a call from a James who was super rude. Completely talked down to me and continued to make rude comments. Customer service sucks and communication sucks until it’s time to make a payment and boy you hear from them every hour on the hour then. Do not recommend or at least they need better selection with picking employees. Very ghetto, you can tell these people aren’t super competent and are just wanting money over their quality.

I'm bedridden & I need a washer and dryer for my caretaker to use for me. We went online & ordered it with the $1 down & 1st payment due on the 1st. AND setup the auto pay when I placed the order almost 2 weeks ago. I got home from the hospital today & going to pay my bills this weekend including my credit card I setup for auto pay ONLINE. BUT man called to schedule Tues delivery & told me I had to pay at least 1/2 of payment TODAY. I explained situation & he said if I don't have the money today then he'll close out the order. I bought a lot of stuff from Aaron's in Atlanta over the last 25 years & never heard such rudeness. AND the dollar for $1 payment I guess is B.S advertising. I guess this store has so much business that they can run customers off. Good for them. I'm sure I'm not the only one after looking at their poor ratings that took their business elsewhere. Ironically the only good ratings involved 1 person makes me wonder how accurate they are.
